Really useless Smart Telco... Aside from your unstable connection and now it keeps saying my smartbro sim is not a valid smart number? Really unreliable and useless Telco! Can't wait for the other Telcos to arrive in PH and really hoping to bankrupt all telcos that provide unrealiable service for a hefty price.

Its telling me i entered my pw incorrectly for 5 times. But i only typed it once. Please fix your stupid millenial IT.

Having a mobile ap for a phone provider should provide more options to its customers like account management and etc. The options here are very limited. And I know Smart could do better.

What's this ? Topped up 50p didn't get anything and now it's telling me this is not a valid number ?!?!

It's telling me that my postpaid sim cannot be identified even though I entered the right number.

Log in bugs is only issue that i experience so far.

Very convenient with regards to managing my different numbers. But had an issue redeeming points. Tried to redeem 5 pts for big5 via this app. It required to enter the pin sent via sms. Typed in the pin. But no way to submit. No button/link to click or submit the page. Cannot scroll nor goto any other page except to close and reopen the app. I already received 3 pins. No use for it. But was able to redeem via 9800. Wish this app can also PASAPOINT, PASAREWARDS or PASAPERKS

I prefer the older version of this. New update won't even show current package(s) availed. It also often experience "Could not retrieve all details Try Again". I have to go to my phone's browser just to know when my package would expire or what package(s)/promo(s) I currently have availed.

Tgis app used to work fine.. now it doesnt save my option to switch on fingerprint, it crashes going into Acct Svcs, date range in point redemption history doesnt change... a lot of pages doesnt have Ok or Save Changes button or Done... your app team has successfully regressed!

I cannot view my account. I'm trying to know everything about my bills. The only option that I can click is the "settings". Your hotlines are useless. Its not letting me talk to your representative.

I want to check my avail balance but then it requires me to UPDATE so I did just 10 minutes ago and after that IT IS NOT WOTKING. It cant be open. It always say "MYSMART HAS STOPPED"!! I uninstall and reinstall same ISSUE !! FIX IT!

Your smart app needs maintenance. Most of the features are no longer working even if I have a good connection. The packages are not showing. I am not sure if this app is still useful for smart users.

I can't even use my loyalty points especially when trying to share data and redeeming products from loyalty points. It became USELESS when you have much loyalty points and you can't even use it...

Useful app. But the service is still crappy. Availed the All Night 20 promo and after 2 hours, my sim won't connect to the internet.

When i try to redeem my points it asks for a password but when i enter my password it doesn't have any ok button wherein i can click so this feature of the app is not working. Please fix so i can give you 5 stars but for now 3 stars is what u deserve
