I just downloaded the app and tested it by clicking on the panic button and police department...immediately it dialed the 1091 women safety number and sent sos text to my selected contacts. Just within two seconds (no kidding) I got a call from a smart24*7 rep inquiring about my distress call. He also took out the time to explain how the app works l. I've installed multiple sos apps but so far this is the best. It should have a user manual as there are so many features that is difficult to understand.

Good for safety. Only thing that I don't like these days is the auto voice note that has been coming daily since the app update(once in morning after pickup and then again in evening after drop). May be in the next version this should be catered. I don't see any option inside the app to disable this voice message.
