TXT2Locate

TXT2Locate provides an easy and transparent way to send your device's location to friends, family members, or to yourself (if you have lost your phone). A text message keyword sent to your phone will trigger the TXT2Locate application to return your current location using Global Positioning (GPS), cell tower location, or wifi location.

Features include:
- GPS location query
- Automatic fallback to cell tower or wifi location
- Limit responses to selected contacts
- Control of the location response text message
- Options to include direction of travel, speed of travel, and altitude information
- Limited battery consumption (GPS is only used when a query is made)
