▶ T쿠폰 앱(APP)은 SK텔레콤 고객 전용 서비스입니다. 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다.

▶ T쿠폰 이란?
- T쿠폰은 쿠폰에 기재된 금액만큼 SK텔레콤이 제공하는 휴대폰 음성통화, 영상통화, 문자서비스(SMS/MMS), 데이터통화를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 상품입니다.

▶ T데이터쿠폰 이란?
- 쿠폰에 기재된 제공량만큼 SK텔레콤 휴대폰데이터서비스를 이용할 수 있는 선불형 데이터 상품입니다.

▶ 서비스 특징
- T쿠폰 애플리케이션은 T쿠폰/T데이터쿠폰 구매하기, 쿠폰등록, 고객센터 등으로 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다.

▶ 주요서비스
- 쿠폰구매 : 충전하기, 선물하기, 쿠폰등록, 고객센터를 통해 T쿠폰/T데이터쿠폰을 구매 및 등록하실 수 있으며 보다 간편한 구매화면을 통해 최적의 구매 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 쿠폰등록 : 온·오프라인, 기프티콘에서 선물 받으신 T쿠폰, T데이터쿠폰을 Web, Mobile Web접속 없이 애플리케이션 상에서 간편하게 등록/이용하실 수 있습니다.
- 고객센터(MY쿠폰) : T쿠폰 APP에서 구매한 내역을 T쿠폰, T데이터쿠폰 별로 실시간 확인이 가능합니다.
- 고객센터(공지사항&이벤트) : T쿠폰 APP의 불편한 사항을 바로 바로 문의하시거나 처리하실 수 있는 One-Stop 서비스로 실시간으로 T쿠폰 APP의 공지사항 확인 및 현재 진행중인 이벤트 참여 등 고객참여 코너 입니다.
- 환경설정 : T쿠폰 APP의 버전정보, 모바일 T world 바로가기, T쿠폰 C로그 바로가기, T쿠폰 페이스북 바로가기, T쿠폰 모바일웹 바로가기, T데이터쿠폰 모바일웹 바로가기, 충전카드 등록하기 서비스를 제공 합니다.

▶ T쿠폰/T데이터쿠폰 권종 안내
- T쿠폰 : 1/2/3/5천원, 1/3/5/10만원 총 8종
- T데이터쿠폰 : 100MB(2천)/500MB(1만)/1GB(1만5천)/2GB(1만9천)/5GB(3만3천) 총 5종

▶ T쿠폰 잔액조회 안내
- 온라인 : T world > myT 이동전화 > 조회 > 잔여기본통화 > 쿠폰잔액 확인
- 어플리케이션 : 모바일T월드 > 요금 > 잔여기본통화 > 쿠폰잔액 확인

▶ T데이터쿠폰 잔액조회 안내
- 온라인 : T world > myT > 잔여기본통화 > 쿠폰잔액 확인
- 어플리케이션 : 모바일T월드 앱실행 > 요금조회/선물> 잔여기본통화 > 쿠폰잔액 확인

▶ T쿠폰 유의사항
- 권종별 최대5개, 전체 쿠폰 등록건수 최대 30개까지 중복 등록이 가능하며, 소진 시 마다 추가 등록 가능
- 등록제한 요금제인 특수통신, 택시 TMS, T Login 및 기타 선불요금제 사용 불가
- HD영상통화 이용요금은 T쿠폰이 적용되지 않습니다.
- OPMD(T 데이터 셰어링) 서비스 이용요금은 T쿠폰이 적용되지 않습니다.
- 단말기제한인 특수부가단말, 단기이동전화, 이동무선 공중전화, 모뎀 및 계정제한인 PPS, HDN 등록 불가
- 타 요금제 및 부가서비스 가입과는 무관합니다.
- 쿠폰 등록은 구매 후 2년간 등록이 가능하며, 등록 후 1년까지 이용가능 합니다.
- 한도정지 고객의 경우 쿠폰 등록 시 정지 자동 해지되며, 쿠폰 소진 시에 자동으로 정지 됩니다.
- 이용정지, 일시정지 고객의 경우 쿠폰 등록 불가합니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 휴대폰 명의변경, 번호이동 또는 해지 시 잔여 통화 소멸됩니다.
- 쿠폰 적용 순서는 요금제 > 부가요금제 > T쿠폰 순으로 적용됩니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 제 3자에게 양도, 환불 및 중도 해지를 하실 수 없습니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 타인에게 양도 불가합니다. (등록 전 양도 가능)

▶ T데이터쿠폰 유의사항
- 전체 쿠폰 등록건수 최대 30개까지 중복 등록이 가능하며, 소진 시 마다 추가 등록 가능 (단, 쿠폰 종류는 최대 5개까지 등록 가능)
- 타 요금제 및 부가서비스 가입과는 무관합니다.
- 쿠폰 등록은 구매 후 2년간 등록이 가능하며, 등록 후 1년까지 이용가능 합니다.
- 한도정지 고객의 경우 쿠폰 등록 시 정지 자동 해지되며, 쿠폰 소진 시에 자동으로 정지됩니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 휴대폰 명의변경, 번호이동 또는 해지 시 잔여 통화 소멸됩니다.
- 쿠폰적용순서는 리필/선물/기본제공량 > 옵션요금제 > T데이터쿠폰>계단식과금>T쿠폰(데이터)순으로적용됩니다.
- 특수단말(M2M, VPN) 및 Wibro, Biz써킷, Biz 패킷, TMS, 선불형 요금제(PPS, HDN), 택시폰, 텔레메틱스 요금제,
데이터 무제한형 요금제(예, 올인원 54이상 or LTE 안심옵션(무제한)) 는 사용이 불가합니다.
- OPMD Usim 이용 시 쿠폰 사용은 불가하나, 모회선에서 이용중인 쿠폰 제공량은 자회선에서도 공유 가능합니다.
- HD영상통화 서비스는 적용 되지 않습니다.
- 이용정지, 일시정지 고객의 경우 쿠폰 등록 및 사용이 불가합니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 제 3자에게 양도, 환불 및 중도 해지를 하실 수 없습니다.
- 쿠폰 등록 후 타인에게 양도 불가합니다. (등록 전 양도 가능)

※ 선택적 접근 권한 미동의 시 서비스 일부 기능의 정상적인 이용이 불가능할 수 있습니다.
※ 안드로이드 6.0미만 버전의 경우 접근권한에 대하여 동의/철회를 선택적으로 설정할 수 없으므로 선택적 접근권한에 대해 필수 동의가 필요합니다.

▶ T Coupon Notes
- Up to five books classification, it can be duplicated register up to 30 full coupon registration number and can be registered for each additional hour spent
