MyLog GPS Trips Logbook

I have used this app for years and it worked quite well. I had it start logging as soon as my phone connected to the Bluetooth in my car. Suddenly over the last couple of months it stopped working right. It stops logging my position at regular intervals so it logs miles " as the crow flies " or even not at all. If I look at my route on a map, it just straight lines between logging points. Its garbage now. It probably cost me in the hundreds of dollars in mileage reimbursements.

Jury still out, trying to find a new app with recording mileage. What I don't like is I cannot manually change odometer for each trip. So if I forget to resume or turn on, I cannot back track. And if I can, I haven't figured it out.

Good app for tracking company car trips. Keeps track of mileage and times. However I find 1 thing quite irrational: 1. Why simply not able to put initial mileage stand for car when adding into app?

I paid for. Pro version and app stopped working on July 16th. I wrote an email to support and got no response. I also tried emailing myself the driving logs for the 2017 and 2016. I got no email... Is someone supporting this app or has it been abandoned?

It's a shame, because this app could be a 5 star product. It's let down mainly by the very slow speed of the report building, and regular freezes. When I tried talkinģ to developer, two attempts at contact were met with silence. I'm currently reviewing other products to see if another fits the bill for me. But I've used this for nearly 3 years so far, and it's been much easier than keeping a logbook

So far so good. Paid for the Pro licence. Let's see. Been using it for a month now and okay for now. Tried so many of these and always had issues.

Was working fine, but when I switched vehicles midway through the year, I lost all my mileage from the first vehicle. Have tried to contact support have the pro version, but no help whatsoever. Now it's tax time and I'm s.o.l.

Great app but their customer service does not exist. I have sent them 5 requests and no response. Switched phones and the license I bought does not transfer.

Purchused full version but today it tells me my pro license expired!!!. Please fix urgently

Really like the App but when looking at the maps, it registers my route twice as if I've done twice the distance and gone around in circles

Easy to use, I use it for one vehicle only so no need of tracking multiple drivers. reports are detailed enough.

I just stared using it but I think it's going to be just fine.

This application seemed to be working well for the first 6 months until I turned on the data backup option. After that the Odometer readings shifted (increased) by 70 thousand miles. I have not been able to correct this issue. I sent multiple messages to the MyLog support team but not received any replies.

Loved this App!!! Have used it for over 5 years. But ditto Steve Berry's comments. Please get it back to its useful and reliable state.

It's a best drive log app you can possibly find in store.

Thing keep making my GPS turn off intermittently, which scares me when I'm at a turn in an area I don't know. Had to uninstall immediately for peace of mind.

On Honor7 (5.x android) GPS is not working correctly - sporadically looses GPS tracking. One has to tell the app to Continue tracking, then pause and then continue again - that works for some time and then bevaves again this odd way. Have went to concurrent app that makes better reports I can the use for my own driving book as reports from this app are not accurate at all, one has to count with gps logging be not accurate enough which happens in this app a lot. and editing routes is a nightmare as sometimes the balloon message appears, sometimes only for some seconds and then disappears, sometimes the balloon simply does not appear at all so one cannot tell what drive it was. Sometimes the app is combining two routes in one, sometimes it resets this way the mileage to 0!!!

The ability to have a custom category or to customize the existing trip category labels would be great. I have two work related needs for this app plus private and charity work. Customization of labels would make it much easier to identify and work out when presenting to my accountant

Been using this for two years. Makes submitting my tax so much easier.

Awesome app saves me tons of work

Can't seem to find a way to change the odometer in order to correct GPS blackouts old version I was just able to do it by clicking on it it won't work now

The last updated included an upload to a backup server. My phone now shows "Uploading data to the backup server" with a progress bar of 100%. How can I get rid of this, or how can I disable the backup functionality? I already enabled backups to Google drive, so disabling this function would solve my issue.

Recently loaded onto my Nexus 5 & initially a small issue but once I contacted support they had fixed it on immediate update. Great support team! The app it self saves so much time and is very professional. Well done to the team for making it an easy to use app yet so accurate. August 2016: I've been on iOS for last 2 years so missed this app, however since reloading it onto my Note Edge I have realised how much I missed this app. Especially with new updates, FANTASTICO.....

Great app. Been using it for a while now. Only issue is I'm trying to purchase the Pro license and the in app price is $6 which then jumps to £19 when you select buy! Have emailed support but no response yet. Apart from this issue it's great and the free version is pretty good. In any case I'm happy to stick with that version if there's no joy from the developer.

Since I discovered this app, it save me headache to take track record in an excel files. The record options are great. And the backup to gdrive to migrate to another phone is super. Recommends this app anytime.

I paid for "Pro" version, but it won't activate. Developer tried to help, but couldn't figure out the issue. I've continued to send details of issue, including screenshots, but the developer is now ignoring me. He won't respond to my emails. UPDATE: Developer now responding, but I'm still unable to activate paid "Pro" version. UPDATE 2: Developer finally got paid "Pro" version to activate!

One if the most useful apps I've ever found. Bluetooth linking with vehicle means I don't even have to think about logging my mileage as the app prompts me to label each trip after it's happened, automatically recording each trip. Brilliant and clever use of technology everyone carries around with them.

The app has become increasingly slow to open, seems to crash Bluetooth regularly, and slows down the operating system when running in the background. After 9 months of use (including losing 1 month of data), I have decided to find another app.

I am having some issues with it. Primarily around license registration. I have sent 3 emails to support and have yet to hear back. Thinking i wasted $20 at this point...

Love the auto Bluetooth trip logging. I would always forget to start the app and log the journey :)
