Purchased shoes on the app twice (2 weeks apart) & both times received an order number and confirmation page. Money was taken from my bank account for the purchases. A week later after not receiving a shipping email, I contacted customer service just to find out that no orders were actually created. Still have not received a response to why I can place an order on the app when orders aren't actually getting created. Lost out on a pair of limited shoes because of this problem.

This app seemingly uses your Internal phone clock for the countdown - this means that people can change the time on their phone and access shoes early. My brother and I both had different countdown times on our phones, for shoes releasing at exactly 8AM. By the time it turned exactly 8AM for me, all sizes were gone. If this is the case, the app is embarrassingly bad, by letting people trick it so easily.

Appallingly poor app. Nice idea in principle if Size? actually put any effort into doing it properly. Don't think this all will make it easier to buy Size exclusives, it won't. People have bots that bypass this completely and beat you to the purchase. Awful app from an awful company.

One of the worst application. Every shoes gone sold out before you can do anything, everything they say about the easy-to-use is a lie, you can't get what you want even you preselected your size.

Absolute joke. Tried to buy the adidas Dublin this morning through the app. Was watching the countdown and with 17 seconds to go it told me they were all sold out. How can you sell out before they've even gone on sale??? Size? Are a joke App deleted!!

Worst shopping app ever waited for the clock to count down for some yeezys got to zero pressed buy now not even a second into them being on sale sold out every size must be a problem with the app avoid it its pointless if your waiting for special edition shoes. Wont be shopping at size again

I think i bought shoes got a confirmed message when i bought them but havent recied a confirmation email for the shoes so i dont know if i bought them
