Guys. Dont forget that being fit is 30% workout and 70% dieting Eat normally but cut down the extra sugars and try to eat more vegetables and fruits. Make sure to get protein by eating chicken to (NOT from mcdonalds) Eat mcdonalds like 4 times a month atleast u know?
It's alright. I have to double everything in the advanced section to really feel anything. Real results come from pushups, sit ups, crunches burpees, jumping jacks, planks, wall sits, scissor kicks and cardio. I do most of these 100 times and for around 2 minutes on the wall and planks. I've seen amazing results after a week and a half.
Neat, easy, amazing workout that's work....like seriously. But please don't get rid of them or update the looks its fine, that's how things get messed up. Also dong start a pay to see the rest of the workouts thing, many have that and that's what makes this app special.
Love it! I haven't even finished 30 days and I'm seeing great progress. Would like to see a higher difficulty course just because I already am fit, and I keep needing to add more reps to all the sets than what the app says. Also, I would like to see some exercises that also focus on the lower abdominals, I would like to work toward that 8-packs as well!
I have just started the first program. But it's super easy to use. The daily plans are are nice. Not hurting at all (I'm out of shape). So it's easy to stick too. I can already tell this app will help me achieve my fitness goals. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to get back/ or improve their shape. Thanks for this app!
Best of the rest! Tried many. Flexible in allowing you to finish the workout at YOUR pace (unlike others where you get fed up and quit). Simple BMI and progress tracking and unobtrusive reminder function. Helpful voice directions during certain activities to modify so as to make more challenging, or easier, to get the job done. This is the first time I use these apps, i think others are a waste of time. This app really did it's job, and after the first couple of days I saw some positive changes. I love this app and please don't change anything apart from the diagrams. Love it!!
This is brutal. Thought this wouldnt work cause the workouts look so easy..then started to do the work out..took 5 mins and every breath i had. Its nit as easy as i thiught...but it works wonders!!!
Im only 14 yrs old and im trying to get fit until before summer starts because i will be playing alot of basketball,Im still at day 1 but i have to say i felt relief im doing 2 whole routine in a single day..Hope the results are better :))
I like it. Not sure if im supposed to lose belly fat, then get rock hard abs, then get a six pack? It's not very clear. But I like the interface. It's very useful & user friendly!!!
I'd like to start off by saying, I really enjoy your app, there is only one thing I would like to have added, when you are doing the exercise you can click on the picture and you will get a small explanation on how to do the exercise amd a video link, the only thing that bugs me a bit is that I can only do this during the exercise and not while I'm looking at the plan it self! It would be awesome to add that feature so I can read up before the exercise instead of during it! !
Don't usually like these kinds of apps but I found it simple and right to the work out regime. Timing and reps are good. Diagrams aren't always precise but you usually figure them out. Good job.
Alot of ads bit they dont get in the way. Its perfectlx explained and doable but dont expect abs if your out of shape or have a very low BMI like me
It's an amazing app. I used to do just normal crunches but this is better. It really helps if you either want to grow abs faster, lose weight, or if you are "too lazy" I already was working out but this way is more effective. If you didn't download yet, do it NOW as in ASAP!!!!!!

If you are overweight, this may not be for you. To all of the people who say this doesn't work, that's because you don't have a good eating habits. If you eat well and do this, you will see results extremely soon. Love the app and would completely recommend!
