App is functional, but unpleasant. I can log in, check my account, holds and checked out items. Searching provides titles and locations, but zero detail info and rarely images. No app settings. Forces screen rotation. Excessive moving through screens. Lousy button clickable area. Buttons and styling are inconsistent. Still, it's functional.

This is very nice app but please don't stop here need alot of improvement but I am happy for atleast something. Next I hoping for notification such as books getting late or hold pick ups and add more accounts, parents can add kids accounts for overdue books

It's nothing too fancy, but it does what I want! Very easy to log into my account, renew materials, and search for things (results are hard to filter, but it does the trick). I'm just very glad my small library offers this!

I love this app. It has saved me a lot of trips to the library. I can request, know my due dates, search all libraries in the Swan system, even know late fees. For someone like me who has been an avid reader my whole life, it's a booklover's dream.

Was tolerable, but like others mentioned, if you search for an item very little info as opposed to library's website. Also doesn't incl items such as ebks which their websites do. Now Pin doesn't work & neither does their help section & no contact info. Guess they don't want to hear complaints or solve them

Worked great for me until the recent OS update on my Pixel. Now unfortunately it just hangs on the splash page. Any plans to make it compatible with Android 8.0? Would love to use it again!

Annoying to the max. Don't make a mistake cause it'll take ages getting back to where you can input something only for you to search through a whole host of 'matching' findings!

Love the idea, and definitely beats having to use browser every time I want to check my account status. However, the design is very rudimentary and slow. Really needs to be revamped to 2016 standards.

I actually like the app a lot. However, it's appropriately named since it mines a ton of data from the phone. No need for this app to be able to monitor everything it does so it doesn't get to stay on my phone.

Have saved us a ton of late fees! We place hold soon after we find a title we would like to read!

No ability to order results, or filter to them by media type, or order them by publication date or popularity. Horribly slow scrolling (paging) where you can only load 15 items and then have to wait several seconds to load the next 15 and then several more seconds for the next 15 and so on and so on and so on

This app is very limited in its capabilities. You can't find your library system; you have to find a branch library. Once you're in (and login is glitchy), search is very hit or miss. I find it much easier to search on the library's website proper. I mostly use the app to check if my holds are ready and to renew my books. It would be REALLY useful if the app gave push notifications for due dates! I would forgive its other faults (maybe).

It was fine until recently. It keeps saying it can't connect to the library. And I tried signing in with two different card numbers. Still won't work. Also uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing.

Ever since an update in 2015, I keep on losing connection to my library. Now I've updated to a new phone and I haven't been able to maintain a connection to the library. This app used to be better than this.

Good app for renewing things you check out. I would go online to your library's website to order things from other libraries because it only searches one library at a time but other than than a great app for avid library users

Stopped working once Android Oreo was installed. Wasn't very good before that either. Not user friendly. Sorting through titles, media types, etc. not available. I with my library had never switched to this app.

The iOS version of the app actually succeeded in finding my library. For some reason it's listed by the branch names instead of the name of the library system. Once I had that I was able to get this version to find my library. I'm going to use it for a while before I change my rating. But it might be a good idea to let people know their library might be listed by branch name instead of system name. This might be a nice app, however it can't find my local library on the location search it just times out. The name search tells me, "Sorry, your search returned no results. Please try again with a different search query." There is only one way to search for your library by name. This app was specifically mentioned on my library's website. I will be sure to tell them that the Android version hasn't bothered to list them.

Its a glitchy app that can never find what your looking for. Or when it does turn up search results it comes back with 6000 matches and no way to filter out what your not interested in. PLUS ITS SLOW. I could walk to the library and renew my books befors this app even finishes loading.

this app would've definitely been great, what with its simplicity and ease of use. but oh boy, is it SLOW. either i wait for a few seconds for the new page to load, or click twice/thrice before it even responds to any user command. i hope this gets fixed soon.

This App is awful. Most of the items have no picture and little info so you can't really tell what you are getting! I can't even place holds anymore because everything gets an error code because the item does not have a "unique call number". This app is not worth the stress!

Painfully slow to respond to any user inputs. Freezes for long periods. Very disappointing. Running this on a powerful handset (Nexus 6P) over a fast 4G data connection - a simple app like this should be super fast. Perhaps this isn't fully compatible with Android 6??

3/5/2016 -- my Nov 2015 comments still hold true -- terrible - downgraded to 1 star -- 11/21/2015 -- This app is great when you want to see if something on hold has come in or you want to renew something already checked out. HORRIBLE when it comes to searching and Library locations. My city has 5 library locations. BookMyne only allows 1 location - furthest from my home to put books on hold. Also, doesn't search through (or list) the library group that covers the tri-county area for book availability. Instead I have to go out on the web and search through my libraries' catalog and find and put on hold. Then why use this very limited BookMyne app for anything?????

This has the potential to be an amazing app. But it's not. To many faults. It doesn't work far more often than it does. Someone design a similar library app that works consistently and put us all out of our misery.

But devs can you please add a notification a day/theday my book is overdue. I dont know how many times i got fined for giving my book late by a day or two.ASAP

This app is insulting as far as library apps CAN be. Search results can't be filtered and with search results returning hundreds of hits on a title this is a nightmare. You can't tell if a search return on a movie for example is a DVD, Blu-ray, 3d or what. The previous system our library used was FAR superior which makes it so aggravating we now have to use this one. Also it is very slow in processing any commands.

I like the ease of use and that I can access ask the cards I have in my household, but since the last update I can't even get into my account and I can't switch users either. Please fix

This app is awful. First, no one at my local library can help with it. Second, none of my reading lists from the old app transferred over like I was told they would. The lists feature in this app does not work at all. All it says is "you have not created any lists". There is no option or button anywhere to create a list!!! If I see a book I want for my kids I can place a hold, which is fine, but that's it! So frustrating. This app is definitely a downgrade from the old CleveNet library system app.

The old app was far superior. Cannot refine searches for format. Has told me items where in that were not. Changes library item reserves to. If it's not broke don't fix it but annihilate it. Come on

Appearance is stylish, and if the app had more zip, it would be acceptable. As it is now, I would feel less frustrated trying to swim laps in molasses.

And it's not as bad as some say. It works well and has never frozen up. However, if I want to find a Blu-ray disk amongst a popular title such as "Ulysses", it is nearly impossible.

I hate sloths. This app is so sluggish it's almost frozen. Gotta do MUCH better to get a vote from me thank-you-very-much!!! 1 star for being an app. Can't say anything more.

What the hell Bookmyne, you're not exactly fantastic (so slow when accessed) but you're a-okay UNTIL lately I was 'logged out' for no reason. When I logged in again, stupid app doesn't accept username & password. FIX THIS.

The UI is pretty awful, and everything is incredibly slow. That said, I am able to do most of what I would expect to do, so it's not terrible.

UPDATE:can't login. Will not accept my card number. Keeps giving me an error. WAS One of the MOST useful apps on my phone. Love it.

horrible stupid app i love the Clevenet app way better cant even login, does not recognize my username and password or Library card. Have no way to check my holds or nothing and the library has no idea how to use this app.

It's super slow and there's no filter option to move through your search results. This app is ruining my library life.

Can't organize holds the way I would like. Can't get an answer to emails. This is the only app my library uses so there is no choice.

a real pain to use. speed is not of the essence with bookmyne. using Chrome to access a library website is so much faster. nexus 6p.

Worst app ever would rate it less but can't rate it a zero. Shure do miss the CleveNet app worked GREAT, someone Shure sold the library a load of CRAP with this app, and the library's new web site is just as BAD!!!!!!
