Mobile iPN

Has problem with Huawei mate 9. Call suddenly gets cut off. App can't be closed.

Not ALWAYS does the app ALWAYS clashed, it also lag my phone. When I tried to call from another phone to that office base number, it cannot get through on the mobile phone that is registered with IPN that is supposed to ring!

Cannot work. Always hang n issue.

Totally waste of space and time on this shit!! Not user friendly, and always FAILED.

Tried using Singtel IPN on 2 different phone, my current one is Huawei Mate 7. This app is hopeless. It is so hard to make a call out as I have to cancel my normal call before the ipn can make a call. Also, it disconnect very often and the call quality using WiFi or 4g is very bad.

Please change your whole app or just change the guys doing this app. We are paying for this service (which means we ppay for this app) monthly and the interface is so ridiculous. Always not staying connected. So much for being a telco.

No action or update despite multiple complaints. Keeps showing "unfortunately, mobile ipn has stopped working" when other programs are run. Feedback goes to deaf ears. Service worst than one-man companies.

This looks like the kind of random free apps you find on google play store. Not professional at all. And the call UI looks like its ripped from an old iPhone (not even hi res)

Worked well on Samsung. But recently Bought lenovo k3note. Its not able to make/receive call on this mobile. Why this is so ? Will it work on 4G ?

Keeps hanging the app itself and the mobile constantly ever since installed. Even I logged out of service still the app keeps on hanging on n off showing msg.

Using samsung note 5. The phone keeps saying that the app is causing the phone to run slowly and to uninstall it. No other app in the phone is getting this comment. Please improve it. Sound quality is quite bad as well.

called several times to check before suscribe, also went to Com Center talked to sales in person. (caled no answer, emailed no reply, what to do?!) happily installed and tested, looks good, but after few minutes then disconnect, failed, sync error, sync failed... all problem comes out. also when travelling, even with data (regardless WIFI or local data plan) still unable login, sync failed.. tried several times but at the end received bill with roaming calls, roaming receive... really very lousy product by Singetl! not worth even 1 star

me and my colleagues are getting "Unfortunately mobile iPN stopped working" even if we are not using it or we have turned it off. kindly fix the issue as it is affecting the phone's performance. we've raised the issue to Singtel but there was no solution given.
