Sent picture money and got charged £11.50 to convert cash but no case tryed to send an email and that bounced back. So if this is not a con send me the case or the cash

I Got Onto The App And Opened It. It Was At The Home Screen . When I Clicked Start Now It Would Say "Loading Please Wait" But It Would Not Change At All . I Did It Plenty Of Times Even Tried Exiting It Then Retrying It But It Would Not Work. If You Fix This Then I Will Text The Rest Of The App Then Might Just Give 5 Stars
