Simulador de Hipotecas

Aplicación que te ayudará a elegir hipotecas y que tiene las siguientes funcionalidades:

- Contiene datos de algunas hipotecas comerciales a modo de ejemplo. Los datos reales los debe introducir el usuario con las condiciones que le ofrezcan en cada entidad financiera.

- Permite realizar escenarios con tres patrones de evolución del Euribor y comprobar cómo afectará a la cuota a pagar.

- Simula las hipotecas según los tres escenarios introducidos y calcula la TIR para poder elegir aquella que resulte mejor. (TIR menor) Application will help you choose mortgages and has the following features:
