I have the actual code in my hand that I got from the physical album and when i try to redeem it, it says coded not found. I tried lower case and upper case, space and no space and still it says code not found. I tried to get a new code but it won't let me. I'm extremely disappointed.

I bought the album and when i put the code in it wouldn't work! I tried everything i possibly could i also tried to get the code again but i never received the email...pretty upsetting

I'm extremely dissapointed I talked the go like it said and all and nothing it didn't work and I had excellent wifi connection i saw the app and I just wanted to look becayse Sept 10 he's in Madision Square Garden and I wanted tickets so I figured go to the app but his app doesn't even open so sad.....

It's finally here

the app doesnt even open. it will ask you for something and then you click on it and it says looking for pre sale codes and nothing comes up. Shawn if you want people at your shows make the app actually work please. it may help in the future.

If you are stuck on Notification and Location page that means you need to make sure your location in your settings are on.

I allowed the app to access my location and it says Location Detected then No concerts found, then it says tickets have been sold out and go to ticketmaster but once I clicked the link it says Madison Square Garden, I'm pretty sure I allowed the app to access my location and I'm in the UK.

I love this app sm. It tells me a lot of information about tours and etc.

i cam now see when there is concert nearby and i can get sales for them yay. i love Shawn Mendes!
