Use Volume buttons to switch between apps. And 'Tap' to launch it.
Tap on the "List of applications" in AppLauncher settings on your phone for selecting apps that will be accessible on SmartBand.

Excellent work. Thank you. Keep it up. Please do make a app which does the equivalent of touching a widget on the phone screen , I use a work diary, and if I press the widget, this clocks me in or out

I like the concept and function. Could have been a better app. The display is dirty looking and the edge is pixellated. It made my smartband talk look like a pirated version. Also, adjustment on the vertical spacing would be nice, so that the other functions is not visible on the top and bottom part.
