Ordered my wife's timepiece almost a month ago still didn't get it all I get is the same story waiting for parts that wil arrive next week then the next week same excuse they don't communicate with you to let you know what's going on service on their part is poor why pay and get nothing......

Great. Accurate delivery time. If I may make a suggestion, please ask the customer their wrist size (especially with metal strap timepieces) because mine is huge ???????? then you can deliver a piece to suit their wrist size.
