Of its marekting.. in fact you begin to wonder if it's a setup just so they have another phone to put unwanted calling on AND I got WAY MORE ADVERTISEMENT THAN ACTUAL APP SUPPORT .. Blocks annoying spam calls with ease, as advertised. I keep getting a toll free call that is annoying, since I blocked the caller, I don't get the calls any longer.
