Unable to set password, unable to use on multiple devices for same doorbell, wifi smart connection frequently doesn't work and the device ID cannot be found on the box, documents, or anywhere and device ID is necessary for manual wifi connection. Thanks frank, for the tip. What about remote connection? Can I receive and answer calls while away from home? I can't see how that works.

Edited: after 2 months i needed to downgrade my iniatial review. Device works well app is sub par. Cannot manage files from the app, delete ect. Cannot change alarm tone. Device randomly resets admin password to none so if you are worried about security or the device being hijacked for denial of service attacks or some random creep spying on you. you should go with a more expensive device with better software. Alao does not work with samsung smart home.
