Oct 2012: Found the RCCL app useful while on board especially deck maps. May 2013: Celebrity app would not load without internet. On return home, checked both and each needed internet service to run. Also, now automatically loads on startup, using resources. Uninstall.

That's the only greeting screen.

I reported an issue with my nexus 7 and what did they do ? make Shipmate incompatible with tablets all of a sudden.

Ok so what good is the deck map, when you don't have an offline one?? Not wasting expensive ship internet minutes on you

APP says Milford Sound day 7 arrival should be day 5. Please fix.

Some things pretty outdated, ie. Mercury no longer in fleet, was sold 18 months ago. Port info blank for Florence, Toulon, and others. Worst thing though is on the"chat with others" - they aren't other Celebrity guests, but other cruiselines like HAL, Royal Carib, etc.

Reported errors on Moto 2 Global, have been fixed. Nice app. Cannot attest to accuracy of data. Wish app was available on 10" Moto Xoom; Android 3.1+.

I installed this app 6 months ago with no problem and have enjoyed using it. Especially the countdown feature to our next cruise and being able to save my past cruise details. But for the past week it has refused to open and keeps crashing. Very annoying. Have now unistalled. Not happy

You can use this offline to avoid the cruise line fees. It has everything you need including your personalized itinerary, web cams, deck maps, ship and port info, and much more!

There is now no way to change to a different cruise. You are stuck with the ship and itinerary that you pick!!

Had been able to access celeb reflection. Since clicking on Update Request, itineraries won't load so can't see anything for ship ( other ships fine). Uninstalling & reinstalling not worked. Frustrated hence rating.

This app is very helpful. Let's you plan and dream.

What good is a program that you can't use on board without paying exorbitant rates for Internet? Would be much better if you were able to download your current cruise to the SD card.

We're booked for a cruise in January but no itineraries are loaded for this ship. I'll give a much better rating once they're loaded as I've used this app for other cruises and it was great. UPDATED: Reflection is now added.

Itinerary for Constellation on November 24 is incorrect. Please correct. Thanks.

I used this app last cruise & it was great but it won't show any itineraries for the reflection which im going on in feb, so essentially this app is useless to me.
