الخمس

قال الله عز و جل: ﴿ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ﴾ [ سورة الأنفال الآية :41]


الخُمس فرض مالي محدد بنسبة {الخُمس} يتعلق بأنواع من المال، منها: غنائم الحرب، و المعادن، و الكنز، أرباح المكاسب كأرباح التجارة و الراتب الذي يستلمه الموظف أو العامل و ما شابهه .


We read in the Holy Qur’an:

Know that whatever of a thing you acquire, a fifth of it is for Allah, for the Messenger, for the near relative, and the orphans and the needy and they way farer ..... (Qur’an 8:41) God said, and Gel:) And know that you have gained nothing, the God five and the Messenger and the one who kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if ye have believed in God and what We have sent down to Our servant on the Criterion day the two armies met God on everything Kadir( [Surah Anfal verse 41]


Five specific financial imposed by {five} regard to the types of money, including: the spoils of war, and minerals, and treasure, profit gains dividends of Commerce and the salary received by the employee or the worker, and the like.
