This is a crappiest app I've ever seen. Please don't ruin the country's IT reputation by doing craps like this. You better not doing this at all. Ask for a university student, they would do this much better than this. Disgusting service ever in the country. This includes your 80's website too. Get lost!

UI is shamefully basic and app crashed after placing the booking and thankfully money has not deducted. Then I had to wait nearly hour to those seats become available and used the desktop site. Your bloody customer care number does n't answer even on a Saturday.

Don't use this app for any booking. Once you pay the application form crash and no refunds, no contact numbers to contact. Really in organize app .

worst booking app ever

Fake App

Tried booking for movie tickets. The payment gateway took the money from my card but no reference for the tickets were given nor emailed or texted and it doesn't show under my bookings. And customer care won't answer and there's no option to ask for a refund. It's a scam. SCAM!

Worse UI designs. Your web site has better UI than this app.If you can build a native android app using material design it will be better than this.You will get bad reputation for your business because of this app.Need something better UI/UX

Booked a seat an dint get the receipt an when I call them they are saying ( what should i do for that you might did something wrong) but I got the message from the bank that 325rs as been cut don't waste your time in this app go to the site

A mediocre app. A student could have done a better job. No UX guidelines are followed whatsoever. Jagged icons, side pane doesn't contain any data and usability bugs everywhere. They should completely rewrite this app. What a waste, I had a lot of expectations on this app. Only plus point is their idea to create a mobile app for ticketslk even though they have failed miserably to deliver a usable app. I can't understand as to why these big companies can't create a decent app. I would stick to ticketslk website

Mobile app showed me a non existent showtime and billed me for it. I have tried contacting Ticketslk support for the past 3 days to inform them of this mistake but no one picks up the listed support hotlines. No one responds on social media and no one responded via email. I understand software can have bugs. However, ignoring a serious issue such as wrong billing for this long is unacceptable. I don't care about the money I lost, however this whole 'ignoring' support requests has given me the idea this entire operation is a scam. I will be pursuing legal action if this is not resolved.

The app showed and charged us for a show that didn't exist (which we got to know after calling the cinema). We have been trying to contact them for days via their hotline and social media and mail but no answer on any of them.
