Used for first time and was issued with Advisory Notice for not Displaying Coupon. Basically I have a bad record now for Not Displaying Coupon in URA system, through no fault of mine. No more clean record because of Certis Cisco's mistake. Called CC, and they say "go appeal to URA". So I used the app, and have to spend additonal 2 hours loading photos and writing appeal letter.

I need to claim parking fees from my company when on official visit to customer place. Can you add a print receipt function where a PDF copy can be send to my email. Otherwise I will still have to use paper coupon.

In my experience the first Singapore government app that is smart and working properly. Was pleasantly surprised that parking sg is so easy to use. Hopefully more such apps to come!

I like this app.It is extremely user friendly. Moreover, one is able to extend their parking hours at the comfort of their location without having to rush down to the car. However, I do have a concern regarding the safety of this app. How can I deregister or remove my credit card information from this app if I happen to lose my phone? However, in a nutshell, I am enjoying the convenience of this app.

Simple to use application. Firstly, maybe just need to increase the font size for older folks. Secondly, what if we select the wrong car park? Thirdly, can you remove those carparkwith eps in place to reduce selection. This will help user to filter faster. That's all for now.

A well-thought out app that makes it convenient to pay parking fees. Identification of car park is also excellent. However, I do notice that my credit card was charged extra after I have ended my session early. I ended up being charged $0.60 extra. Do understand that it may take some time for the right credit details to appear. So hopefully it can be sorted out correctly in due time. Otherwise, it is a major issue that needs to be corrected. Edit: The issue has now be resolved. The right amount is now being reflected in the credit statement. Two suggestions: 1. As stated by some, it would be good if the app could send a receipt to our email for accounting purposes. 2. Allow payment through other methods like PayPal, Android Pay, Apple Pay, PayNow etc. 3. Consider username login with authentication. Good for ensuring privacy of parking history and other details, though I understand it may be more inconvenient in terms of user experience. Overall, it is an impressive beginning. Keep up the good work.

I am trying to download it. Its been "Download Pending" for like 5 mins n its not even downloading. I thought its my phone, so i tried downloading other apps. No problems downloading other apps. So must be something wrong with your end then. Will give 5 stars when i can actually download n use the app. Edited: Download commenced after 10mins n will try the app. Changed rating to 4. :)

Great job. Nice UI. And intuitive. Managed to find the functions at the correct space. Small bug... when switching from wifi to 4g, while trying to Add Vehicle, the No network prompt dialog was diplayed multiple times. After network was successfully switched. I dismissed 4 dialogs. Great job nonetheless!

Perhaps another way to identify the car park is to assign each lamp post a unique QR code. A printed copy of the QR code can be stuck to the respective lamp posts for motorists to scan to identify the carpark. We then don't need to hunt for the car park sign board to find out its name or code, & this would be more convenient especially when it's raining. Once the car park is selected, it would be good if details like the parking rate could be shown, including whether there's free parking after 5.00 pm.

Allow early stoppage of parking... finally IDA develops a decent app. Hope they will develop one app for using public toilets, so dun have to dig for 10 cents coin

This has got to be one of the best apps for drivers so far. Convenient to use, easy to renew/extend parking time, pay-per-use (with option for refunding unused time vs wasted coupon time), and saves on paper and litter from coupons and coupon tabs. Some suggestions tho - 1. Consider including other payment methods like AMEX, PayNow, or NETS? 2. Improve the visibility or accuracy of the parking lot locator as the current lot codes/signs are not as easy to spot in some car parks.

Was part of the trial and had used it once. Very simple UI with a seamless experience. The best part is that it allows users to extend their parking time without the need to physically return to their car to tear another coupon.

For a start, good app. Have been helping test the app for a few weeks and got to say a lot of improvements since testing. You guys even worked to have the signs for codes put up at the car parks. Well done. There are still things to improve upon though. Like saving multiple cards and saving more than one car plate number. Dropping pins on map manually and have the car park selected automatically. Will continue to submit feedback through the app. Good app for now.

I think it would good to add a QR scanner feature. Sometimes its not easy to find the right car park. Maybe place the QR code at the entrance of the car park.

K70%

It does not auto detect the car park. Update: thanks for the reply! Kindly explain why GPS has high error when Google Maps or Waze works well in identifying smaller location. A car park is a much larger area. Most of the time, the GPS knows my exact location!

by K####:

Yet to try but some questions/suggestion; 1) There is no first 10min free? 2) Does it require for us to turn on gps while we are parking ? 3) If we key in wrong car park code (same vicinity but wrong code) are we penalised? 4) Can qr code printed at the front of each parking lot?Thank you.

Excellent application concept. However it will be much better if we are able to input the place that we wish to go and the app suggests us places to park at, instead of searching for the specific car park. Good job, keep it up. I always perceived government apps to slow and clunky, i am happy to be proven wrong this time.

Very well designed, one of the best local apps I have seen. The only improvement I can think of would be to show carpark numbers on the map, as it's often difficult to check the carpark number at night or in bad weather.

When can i return my parking coupons? This app is better than erp gantry parking. Won't get stuck at gantry due to IU undetectable or insufficient amount in cashcard. Can also implement scanning of QR code? Scared I might input wrong car park code.

I've been avoiding coupon parkings simply because of paper waste. Now we finally have an app that's incredibly simple and quick to use effectively. Definitely an advocate. Good job people!

Really great app. Convenient, simple. Doesn't try to overcomplicate interface, and is so easy to use. Game changer. Hope it leads to cost savings as we shut down all the gantry carparks.

Great app, easy to use. I have a suggestion, is it possible to add in coupon for motorbike? Some of us prefer to ride then drive even though they have cars or not. Other then that it's a great app to use and convenient. Thank you.

Excellent app, solved a long time local problem by tearing parking coupon for so many years. Only one suggestion that the app shld b able to buzzer user when the time is going to end before 5mins so that could extend the parking duration.

Been waiting this for so long. However today I came back to my car and found I got the parking fine even I have paid through the app. I wonder if the parking attendants were all well informed and trained to check the parking ecoupon before writing someone a fine ticket.
