It's my first week using this. Just received the first batch of messages. Not feeling good because: 1. It has no alert or anything informing you that there are updates coming in. 2.It doesn't allow you to delete some of the letters while keep others. You have to keep all or delete all. 3. No headlines or subjects or regarding what for each letter. Just a date and on behalf of the school. Expect improvements.

It seems the app does not have any notifications so there is no way you know you receive any new emails unless you check it manually.

keep appearing - can't connect to server after I change hand phone. anyone out there can help.

Registration failed. Kept saying cannot connect to server despite school deadline to do so by 4 Feb.

Can't open the link.. it ask to save doc in order to open but there is no function to save!!

Can't register from the start.

How to change password?

Utterly disappointing as the login errors are not fixed and there is no single response from the designer or MC Online. I am reporting this to the school and MOE.

Used to login easily. Now registration failed always. Went to school office first week of school. They said to try a few days later. Now second week of school. Still unable to register or login.

Cannot register. No proper message. No help. The most unfriendly app.

Message from the school includes a link to the newsletter. But clicking on the link can't work. It used to trigger Chrome or IE to open up the pdf doc but now it is not working. Very frustrating. Pls fix this!!!

I have follow the steps to register given by the sch but yet this app keep prompting registeration failed..What a waste!!!! Fix it!!!!
