Logged in with my details and it keeps repeating "The profile is already in this device" and my status is still logged out despite resetting password! Now it's as good as useless

So far so good. But I m 90% into completing an ebook and suddenly your app refuses to work. When I tried to submit feedback, it wouldn't allow it! Fix it please

Tried logging in to borrow books. App keeps repeating "Profile already exists in this device", thus I cant log in. Please solve this. Samsung S8+.

Got serious login problem, feedback got no reply. Looks NLB do not care at all.

Nice app for online read books

1st login error, showed "profile already existed" what does it mean? Had to uninstall and reinstall. 2nd: Basic borrowing feature was so buggy, Bar code scanner is so unreliable. Only successful to read bar code 2x out of 10 tries, despite attempts to adjust the lighting, angle of camera, distance, etc. It just couldnt get proper focus. If you cant implement good barcore reader feature why not just let the user type in the barcode ID manually?

I have bookmarked a lot of books, no search function is a pain. After I have borrowed the books, I can't un-bookmarked the books, which is another pain.

you need to completely exit the app before it will work on the next launch. if you simply push the app into the background, at next launch, it will just show you the loading status and stay there forever. it's quite an OK app, just very slow!

This app is useless junk. Sign up problem. Wants to read newspaper, must install press reader apps. Read newspaper and emag is not free. Wants to borrow ebooks to read, can't borrow, no access token and patronid. WHAT IS ACCESS TOKEN? WHAT IS PATRONID? So much hassle, nothing working.

Each tume i tried to borrow, there was an error message abot acxess code and TokenID. Unsure what is the problem, no way to find out. Did not manage to borrow anything

App is too laggy and not functional! Please fix it and I'll revisit.

Loading takes forever. Hanged the phone. Works after 15mins. System overload

OMG, the barcode scanning is fast and fantastic on Xperia Z5 now. Switching account is damn painful. Either the db bandwidth is bad or the apps is lagging, keep hanging at content is still loading. Still Keep crashing in the background after swipe out. Inconsistent dialog's positive button, some left some right. Old version still receiving update & bug fixes, really confusing. Just don't understand why must keep 2 versions, migration is NOT seamless, users are required to re-install, re-setup multiple accounts again. Which one will get the mainstream support & bug fixes now ?

Very nice and improved in performance.

App has good features but improvement required. Home page should show most important info e.g. books borrowed, payment etc. Suggest to allow people to personalise home page. Not sure how to switch between different profiles. Loading times is slow, need improvement.

When there is bad review and no action, it translate to lackadaisical attitude by management. For me, I just can't pay fine and I can't renew books when I have outstanding fine. That irks me.

The user interface in the app is terrible. Trying to find book availability in libraries requires you to click on each library one by one.

Its a good app but it keeps asking me to sign in again and again. And it is causing my mobile phone to slow down, giving quite abit of errors.

Pls don't force us to update the app each time. At times we are in a rush or we do not have enough data for updating. It will be enough if the app reminds us to update but will let us continue to use it. Also, my main aim is only the mylibrary page for checking & renewal of book. It is stupid to make me load the home page each time for all the profiles. Imagine doing it for the whole family & the extremely slow loading is not helping either. At least let me choose what I want to see as my homepage pls.

Stupid app can't even start up reliably. The only saving grace is that if you don't see the "please wait" message upon startup, u can go ahead and kill the app and restart and it'll work. Also, the default for search results now goes to ebook. And you do not get a collated list of book locations but have to click in and choose by library. Totally stupid.

Prefer the previous NLB mobile app that is much more user-friendly and intuitive - it allows users to search the library database straight from scanning the bar-code, unlike the new replacement app which only allows the borrowing function. The previous app also shows availability of searched titles at all libraries at one glance, which for the new one, one has to enter each option to view availability / due date. More thought has been put into app design for the previous app.

First, 3 times out of 10 I stay in limbo without getting into the App. In addition, I spend another 3 instances having to clear cache so I can log in afresh or spend eternity waiting to get past the initial loading stage. That's simple arithmetic to show what a bloody failure this app is to complement what otherwise is a decent collection of books

After installing this new version I was unable to read my e-book online somehow it didn't integrate well with Overdrive.

This app not very good. Honestly,quite bad. I couldn't read in my old app. Keep saying Text Box. Then they ask me to go 'home's I did . After a second want back to Text Box .So I uninstall then try again. Same problem appear. Idk why. Only today .Also take very long to load.

Not working at all and did not auto focus to just perform scanning of books. More for you to look at your own account as switching account is not user friendly.

I keep getting error: this app is not responsive. Please fix!
