A great app, but the rain radar accuracy is substandard. Not sure why, it has been spot on in the last years. Now, rain areas as well as intensity are simply off. In addition, the radar has an annoying setting of centering over the city when one wants to see the rain over JB. A direct feedback channel to the app developers is missing. Hope they don't hide intentionally.

I can't send any report? Why? There's some serious problem going on and I need to report it urgently. Pls fix.

Only received alert AFTER it started raining. Also, when it forecasted raining the next day, there was no rain. Pls also include widget for the app.

App is OK but it's more of a nowcast than forecast. Sometimes, I have to cancel outings due to thunder storm forecast but it never happen.

The previous application is better than the newest application always cannot open file and say it missing somewhere..

When detail info such as rain or tide is selection, screen become white and goes back to main screen. Phone used is galaxy note 2 with android 4.4. Hope you can have backward compatibility support

It will be good to have widget for user to put weather information on desktop. No zika virus information. When go offline for hours, once online it receives "virus" kinds of notifications, irritating. Great alert and information. Missing android:installLocation="auto"

19 July 2016 0035hrs heavy thundery shower and rain but no alert at all. Is it no one on duty to manage the alert? So it means there won't be alert at non office working hours?

I know the time lapse is 2 hrs but usually when I open this APP, it was somewhat accurate until recently for the rain forcast. It maybe lagging or something. I'm not sure what's going on your end. My location is in the north. Most of the time, I look for rain or thunder other than that dengue alerts. Please update soon.

What's the point of having an app to provide information, if the information is never accurate? Ten hours ago, the forecast for today was "Rainy Whole Day". I cancelled all outdoor events and when I woke up this morning, it's changed to "Partly Cloudy Whole Day"! You don't need the app, just look out the window to see the weather!

Submitted feedback but no action taken from NEA nor call back. Is one way trafic.

Weather alerts seem to come in after the storms have hit. Don't count on it if you need an accurate forecast.

Thanks for making this app. More needs to be done. Zika... No? Include public feedback alert features on pollution, mosquitoes, pests etc.

App is allowed to access device location, as specified in Settings but every time the app is started, it claims it doesn't have access to device location.

No alerts too

No alert, no notification nothing. Waste space to install and slow. Bad app. Useless

Cannot find zika cluster on App. Have to browse from website . Pls improve

NEA did sent their officer and look into the matter within a week and solve the problem.

Keep asking to enable location which i did already. I saw mosquito in newton mrt and tried to submit feedback but it kept on asking to enable location. Please fix, it is the most important feature to provide feedback so action can be taken.

Location isn't working it has the blue dot on my location but it keeps going to Singapore.p lease make it available le in the U.S this app seems great but i can't use it

The app UI is great. Provides lots of useful information also.

Very informative and useful.

The app is well done and works fine. One remark: I get notified everyday about the same dengue information. If there are no new dengue cases then stop repeating the exact same information. I am downgrading the grade because it's been a while I complained about it and nothing has been done.

The app says "Heavy Showers" when there is no rain at all. And the 4-Day Outlook looks very distorted. Great app though.

Really nice recycling tips! I utilised the function under reduce, reuse, recycle and found recycling points near my housing estate. :) Hope to see more new functions in the 3Rs section!!
