I read the news article that there will be 7 taxi stand on quematic and drivers will be able to see how many pax are there.. but til date i have yet to see any quematics.. please la reduce the traffic lights and listen to the ground.. so many traffic lights in singapore even the tourist laugh about it

There is no use showing the taxi available. Should show the driver where is the pax. Where got paxs go to the driver? Only the driver goes to the pax. The sequence should be pax indicate the location and taxi driver will know where is the pax and drive towards that direction. Also when there is a pax indicate the location. It will prompt out the map of the location. This should be the right way and driver by 1 look should know where is it already.

Good if taxi drivers are using it, but seems that none of them can see the commuters when trying to hail for the taxi. Tried a few times, so it's quite a useless apps.

Useful for getting a feel of the ease of getting taxis in your immediate area. I would use this app before deciding whether to call a taxi and pay additional booking fees. In this context, the app serves its purpose well

This app is rendered obsolete with the popularity of Uber, graxtaxi etc. Without any means to match taxi to pax, who will really make use of it to locate an available taxi or find pax?

It's 10.55pm. Installed this 10 minutes ago. The numbers 2, 16, 9 pop up around me on the map the whole 10 minutes. 3 empty cabs with green signs have just blatantly driven past us. Finally got picked up by a cab leaving the estate with no smart phone in sight. Not sure if this is serving the intended purpose. Will try again.

I have better time using my eyes. And I tried the app more than once..failed me all the time. Even my taxi driver hate the app

I think a confirmation for hailing a taxi shld be added. It is now very easy to accidentally swipe your finger on the top right corner. A confirmation can be added so that accidents like this will happen less frequently.

Either I am too stupid to use this app, or simply no commuters are using this app at all. Hardly any passenger icons are seen on the map, so from a Taxi Driver's perspective, this is useless.

What is the point to design such an app which can show available taxi nearby but they never come to you?there is no communication channel between taxi and passenhers, so peasengers are unable to be informed whether any taxi confirms the booking request to come to fetch them.Imagining you are waiting/calling taxi and can see so many taxi near you, but just no taxi come!How irritating it is!it is supposed to be a cross-company taxi booking platform.Please add in booking function to benefit taxi&passengers.

Wasting our money develop such useless app. How many For Hire, how many Hired, Busy, and how many drivers are idling at home / coffee shop. No tracking at all. It tracks based on mobile not the real taxi instead. Commuters follow your info go and wait you think what would happen? Think carefully before launching.

Its getting worst! Just checked how many taxi are there at the zoo, it shows 6. When i reached here, its more than 25 taxi here! Horrible! It seems that it won‘t refresh to latest infos.

Despite the numerous naysayers who would prefer something more functional like Uber, this app does serve its purpose of pointing out where every taxi in Singapore is.

I waited 1 hour, no taxi came even though I can see them and they can see me. Most are either hired or busy. This app is a waste of time n resources unless it gets revamped. Till then, shall uninstall this.

The more you spread, the more people will use it and it will be more useful then. So spread more!!

This app let's me know the entire fleet of Singapore cabs whereabouts. This let me choose to walk towards the cluster of taxis or wait for it to come to me. The ability to have choice is freedom. other apps only let me make bookings, this app allows me to walk to the taxi and save booking fee! Thumbs up! ..........................*just kidding *

Never left a review before, but the sheer silliness of this app left me wondering which bright spark at LTA came up with this idea. More perplexing is that it managed to get approved all the way to release without anyone going "hold on a minute"...Truly an amazing experience.

Its good as u cn see where the cabbies are but pointless when no cabs come towards passengers..whats the point of us flaggin for a cab if the cabbies dont see us?? Do they?*bite nails*

Great app that works on both sides of the wall. For those who thinks that this app is useless, please rethink the objectives from LTA's perspective. Look at this app as a match making app that TRY to match make the drivers and passengers. By using this app the drivers will know where the passengers and other taxis are and decide which way to go. Similarly for passengers. If you do not have the patience to wait for a taxi, then this app is not for you. :-)

I would think this app is a good idea to match the available and the needs for cab. But are the cabbies using it to go to waiting passengers? Only the empty cabs are shown or they include the busy one as well? If so, then it's pointless.

Thank for this app,but still can go for more.like make the service staff to log in to let taxi driver know their place need taxi.like zoo,bird park,hotel,shopping,airport,etc.so tourist won't wait too long

The app insists that location cannot be read by device, even when my location is set to high accuracy and other apps can read my location.

Dont ever use this App. Useless. I have used so many times. Its just keep on showing number of taxis nearby but god knows if free or not. Even though calling for Taxi through this App I never get any taxi. So this App is fooling people and waste of time. If there would have been negative star i would have given it. Most hated APP.

location inaccurate. no taxi aware at all. only can see where taxis are. what is the use

People are quick to judge. This app just lacks the ability to filter out cabs that are for hire. This is a useful app for those who don't mind walking abit more to save on booking fees. Appreciate the effort and initiative by LTA.

Waiting at my location 30 mins plus with alot of cab surrounding my location, always failing me, tried 5 time with long waiting time more than 20 mins tested again 14 feb, still sucks as ever,tested on 27feb, no taxi came

Folks, do some thinking...look at the dark side of my taxi system. --- This app is definitely useful if u are in a woo-lu place, then again won't u immediately just book a cab since its so woo-lu ?? --- Here comes the dark side, imagine 20 app users are in the same que, all indicated their presence. What would cabbies be thinking?? Most cabbies will avoid 20 app user area and WAIT FOR BOOKING. So why are u folks so happy our garment created this app ? Instead its ONLY BENEFIT our cabbies earnings !!!! THINK

Two apps doing the same thing. OMG. Super off location reporting using data plan only @ woodlands check point. After a while will still roll back to root problem as driver will not be eager and rush to your location to pick you up, thinking other drivers nearby are rushing there ahead already since no booking fee and lock down of driver and commuter matching.
