should really work on updating their databases on maps. Or better yet use google maps API, might not be as cheap but hey, will give your customers a better experience when picking a pickup point in a new suburb :) hope this helps. Also one more bug which is in the map activity, while clicking on the address field should pop up with an edittext field, however it doesnt. Instead, crashes.

Pretty simple. Use it previously too for advance bookings. Please don't use this app if you are in Singapore, as this is for Swan taxi Perth, so happen that it is owned by ComfortDelGro :)

it keeps showing me that I am in Belmont but I am in Singapore. I cannot key any locations in Singapore nor can I add any locations in Singapore. Can't even book one taxi with this app.

Has mobile easy pay by credit card but not for CabCharge which considering it is the same company is pain in the butt. They need to be smarter of they want to keep ahead of the likes of uber.

A really great app, I was able to catch a Taxi early this morning from the hospital using this app. I especially love how the app will send you a text message to alert you when the taxi is within 250m of you. Also really happy with the track the taxi feature on there so you know roughly how long to wait.

I would like to use this app but... When I enter my number I get a confirm code by SMS. When I read the message to get the code and then go back to the app, it starts from the beginning, a new code is sent and the old one is invalid.

The comfort delgro app works in Asia bit not this one for aus. It's already expensive, why make it harder too? Things like this is why Uber is so popular. Half the hassle and half the price.

What is with the tipping, it's Australia. To the consumer Download uber and save your self the trouble. This is outdated and a disgusting attempt go compete. The only reason you still exist is kid people haven't discovered uber yet. If you work for swan taxis bail.

I've used the app once and it worked, but it's not a pinch on using Uber though. In addition, can you please change the name? I don't give a rats what your parent company is called, I want to look at my installed apps and find "Swan Taxis". I almost thought it wasn't installed.

Reliable and effective. My early morning trips (4 and 5am) are important and this app worked. Others haven't worked in the past but even the "track my taxi" and message alert functions worked perfectly. Oh, and the taxi was on time!
