Has the developer ever tested the app with multuple search criteria? Indicated one criteria was size above 139 sq m but still gave me units w smaller area. Need to enter the criteria everytime. Frustrated. Uninstalled.

The filters don't work, and results are often not what you are looking for.

Can't save search even login. Every time screen lock the app reset.

What kind of app require full access of my phone and info? Trash

Search always return non- related properties. Uninstalled.

Use to be ok, now you want to look at my photos, contacts! And everything else. Deleted app good bye.

Keeps trying to connect and my agent can't see the property I send her. She told me she paid you guys so you better do a good job for a paid app.

For some reason, searches sometimes produce an "Unknown error". Also, if search based on MRT station, results produce will be way off. Example: search for HDBs near Hougang MRT but results include Woodlands as well

I tried to key in an address for a private property to enquire on the sale price & it keep.asking for the floor number. Pls fix it. Tks.

Crashes repeatedly when trying to search and explore listings for: the bayshore and bayshore park. Will rate better if resolved.

Kept crashing

Updates are meant to improve the app with new features. Not removing the functions. Previous versions gave actual transacted price of units in the project. Since last 2 updates, it only shows floor with unit number blanked out. The latest update shows no unit & no floor. Is that supposed to be an improvement? Please don't kid yourself. If you want your user to pay for such services, just say so. Don't remove the function without declaring and say it is an upgrade. OMG.

Used to be a good app but after the updates, the search function keeps crashing when type in the condo name. Whats the use of creating an app when you cant even provide the simplest function for users and do not even maintaining it

App keep crashing when I start search. Its not due to my anti virus app as I have removed it.

Shuts down abruptly whenever I tried to do a search. Very unstable app.

You are accessing too much info. Why need to access sms, phone, photos, IDs etc?

Just download and try and it stopped working immediately. Waste of time!

UX a bit dated, otherwise one of the best apps on Singapore property.

Rubbish app, this is an example of poor design that makes delivery of data painful. Waste of data. Waste of time

Terrible all over. Search function doesn't search for what you ask, instead throwing out every other property except what you searched for! Why does Google Play even allow crap like this?

Was previously tolerable... But now even the search function doesn't work. You search for 1 development and it still gives you every single listing out there. Too poor to pay for app developer maintenance??? Fix it or you will lose your edge.

Not able to run search by district in the advance search when specifying preferred district

Though it works, it shows the error popup frequently too. Also, there is no results sort function.

Not sure if Srx valued properties based on asking price. Actual valuation came up 20k below. Very disappointing. Good for property agents, bad for buyers.

SRX please fix app asap.App hangs and takes forever when retrieving listings!!

Can't check X-Value for Sale as the error msg keeps popping up even though all info is correct! It's just not working!!
