SMRT Book a Taxi

Finally remember why I uninstalled it before. Not user friendly. Claims no Internet connection when I have full WiFi bars. Can't check booking status. Have to key in everything myself. Very backwards, might as well not create the app in the first place.

This app has gone crazy. I tried booking a cab, tells me no cab available. Then a cab appears out of nowhere, said to have accepted my booking. Happened not once but twice.

Needs a UX overhaul. Short on info, annoying to use and not at all intuitive. For goodness' sake, plus invest some of your handsome profits into tech that will improve customer satisfaction.

But I still manage to book a cab. Needs a massive revamp on design and usability.

Cab driver did not turned up or even bother to call me. Claimed 'no show' and I have to wait for another cab! Wow!! Poor service!!

The app shown no taxi available when booking. Out of sudden after 7mins or so, taxi driver called asking where am I. So like what the hell?? Cant make it better?

The App keeps crashing before I can finish entering all the information.

Tells you taxi will arrive in 5 minutes but then app logs the reso. for 5 minutes from actual reso. And driver's can cancel reso. wo notice

Better than phone or sms bookings, but I'm really tired of the inconsistency. They send a msg saying taxi will arrive in 5min then the app posts an arrival time that's 10min away. You hv no idea what time taxi will arrive so you have to book twice!

Already added pick up at taxi stand. Taxi came and ignored my flag and went into the carpark.

Booking show wrong pickup location when tapping book. Only show cancellation call, not able to capture rude driver taxi number. 5 star for rude taxi driver covering their own ass when app not able to reflect their taxi number.

Bookings in and from the app drop - cancel functionality not working - app needs urgent refresh and upgrade !!

Seems like they didn't seem to care to put much effort into the app. The issues are plenty and basic most of times which is annoying. Most of times it keeps giving incorrect postal code error! Despite using the same address over and over again and that too from bookmarks! If u book a Chrysler once it doesn't reset the setting. Neither does it show that it is booking for a Chrysler n3xt time. And numerous times it says network not available, whereas then I'm able to book through other taxi services.

Telephone PIN verification didn't work for 1st 3 attempts but the 4th attempt got it verified. Then I found that the pickup address is changed. Once that is settled, the cab charges were made known, and the estimated arrival time is given. A call comes to the registered mobile phone when the cab arrived, with a message to proceed to pickup point, and the order moves within the app to a lower column as a bookmark, so that the same booking can be made later. Very thoughtful app planning.

After booking is confirmed, there is no way to cancel the trip. It should have the cancel button in the app.

Feedback does not give an alternate adress .all adresses are pre optained .taxi cannot come to me . Driver must call me everytime

Hardly any info on app. Go for another cab unless emergency.

Pin does not work even after several resend. Could not use it all.

Fluid service, taxi arrived in 2 minutes instead of 5.

Tried to book and it keep asking for pin verification which i got it from Tango. After key-in pin it says pin not correct. What is happening now ? Please fix it.

Received SMS that taxi is not available then the next 8 mins received SMS that a taxi is confirmed.

My phone number always comes as not valid! Can't order any taxi. Tried various options to type it in, nothing works.

No way to see where's the taxi. It says 5mins but the taxi can be running circles at a wrong location and you won't know it. No way to contact the driver either. Real basic app with basic functionality

It's an ok APP but not very user friendly.
