Even the main website via internet same problem. U want customer or lose customer? Make up your mind! Fire the damn IT. Its not working. Last year tell you this problem, say yes will fix it but then silence mode. Even your rival KFC maintains it well.

Don't bother downloading this app. It's a waste of time. I downloaded this app again thinking it has improved. BUT it kept telling me that my address is not within their delivery zone. That's nonsense because I have been ordering McDelivery through my internet browser just fine.

The most terrible app ever. AFTER payment it just took my money, but no order was registered. You're better off ordering from the website. Complained to Hotline said 5-7 working days, even then cannot confirm will refund smlj

I found some discrepancy only after the delivery guy has left and so I tried to get on this app to seek recourse or give a feedback. Found out there isn't a channel to do so on this app. The "track order" function only tells u the status. So I can see they suppose their deliverables will be flawless all the time, or they don't value customer service. Well, is McDonald's SG getting complacent..?

Keeps telling address outside delivery area. So where exactly does it count as within delivery area? Have order Mcdelivery before and no such issue was encountered. this is ridicukous

Ur app dun allow to key in credit card details. Even during checkout! This is a big problem cos ppl hv to order thru ur app n pay by cash or go to McD website to order for payment with card! Pls get the app to work properly!

What the hell are you thinking ? Im freaking hungry you freaking app ! I just only download this app a few seconds ago and out of a sudden my second attempt to download again it states my area is currently not in the delivery location. Are you freaking kidding me ??? Im freaking hungry godamnnitt !

I got to agree with the feedback here. the app is showing error to frequently. if the ratings shows such high ratings for 1 star. something must be broken n the in charge are not working or looking into it. Also when dealing with wrong delivery issue, i have already waited 12days n still no one want to resolve contact me to resolve the issue as i have paid more than what was delivered to me even with pics n receipt given. Suggest anyone with such issue juz call your credit card n the bank will help process your dispute case with macdonalds. its a faster route. Also if issues are resolved at the facebook page, customers wont come here to voice out non app related issues here. Customers are doing that is becos app ratings n reviews cannot be removed or censored by macdonalds side.

UX design is poor. OTP on Checkout page showed Cash when the flow had started for Credit Card verification. After submitting, no display of payment method, leaving me uncertain if it'll be cash or credit card payment.

Absolute waste of time! Unable to register. When using in guest mode app resets itself. Don't bother just jump in the car and drive to the nearest McDs

Why did you guys implement the $10 minimum spending to get delivery? Now I can't even order something small like a 9 pc nugget ala carte cos of this stupid requirement

Something is very wrong with ur app and ur website. 2 nights i tried ordering thru app and website, it just tells me the app or website will send me OTP within 5 minutes but none came in! Very disappointing when u are hungry in the middle of night.

This app really sucks keeps on saying not within delivery zone, every update is the same no improvement in fact it's getting worse.. perhaps you guys hired the worse I.t gut ever.

The only problem with it is the change of address of delivery.. I've ordered a certain address n made order, after order, it changed the address to another address.. I've already called to cancel the delivery.. PSA-03/11/2017-391 which is the order that was the problem which changed the address automatically.. Please look into it.. Thank you..

The app just shows me the macdonald logo I get it that you love your brand but don't meed to make me stare at it for a year and make me like MacDonald's this is so dumb

The main web and app are constantly having issues and customer service/facebook pm will hardly if not never respond to any of the customers' concerns and pointing out the technical issues

It is bad! They keep om asking to do some kind of activation, and you require a activation code which should be sent via sms to the mobile number you have gave, but the code just never get send to me!

Pls revamp... It took me 1 hr to place my orders. Bcos I have multiple orders and before I can finish with my orders, the app kicked me out without saving my order and I got to start all over again...

Good app! You don't actually need to make an account, just order as a guest! Easy to use with lots of security measures in place too.
