McDonald’s® Surprise Alarm

Tried to redeem a free upgrade to medium Milo with an Extra Value Meal ordered but was informed by the store manager that the deal is valid ONLY for weekdays. However there is no such terms stated anywhere! Please indicate the terms clearly otherwise or get your staff to know about such deals. Disappointing

Used to hang often when redeeming but has improved. If really need improving is the service staff, small coke gave children size coke, $1 yuzu gave without any extras, see you with apps n waste time fidgeting other things. I thought this app encourage us to go mcd more often, seems like opp effects.

Say that I registered too many acc on my device. Suggest to me to register on another device... hello. How many phone do u think one person would have?

What's wrong with the Android version? Even when my phone is on silent mode, the alarm goes off in this app still. This doesn't happen for the iPhone version of the app. Please fix it!

I had tried to send out my feedback through the technical support in the app but it failed to send out my feedback... This app is a total failure!!! Please kindly fix it!

This used to work so great, waking me up early for work.. N now its jus silence!

Does not respect silent mode, and rings forever, draining battery. A workaround to silent the annoying alarm is to record a silent ogg file, and set the alarm to that file. However, it doesn't solve the battery draining issue.

Not much freebies now... N timing haywire... Well done Mac!! I've unstalled the apps alry... Wasted my space...

After the new update, this app become crap. The alarm will not ring although the alarm is set. It lost its main function as alarm app. The bug is not fixed after so many months. If you dun want to support this app any longer please announce it and remove it from Google play and apple store.

I just got two accounts said I got many accounts... N two accounts so many thing see... Y said me so many accounts... Don give us just said it ...not need chiu pattern... Hate it

stupid app. my mum cant send me gift while can send

I can't gift the coupons to my friends as I'm unable to login using Facebook. Keep prompting that I have another account with my Facebook email. Tried to get the developers to resolve this issue but they can't.

Unable to find my friend to gift the coupon even though we been using the app for very long. Rewards are not as good as they used to be.

Redeem customer are still customer one way or the other. Don't discriminate us even we redeem for free. Otherwise don't do such promotion. At Bedok especially.

Until now, still hasn't fix the gift problem. Still unable to find friends from Facebook. They are also using the app.

I was sending to the technical feedback section it says 'pls try again' for countless times also the gifting prob.Here's the message ''I'm sending my mcflurry surprise to my friend who wants it. Then when I searched I couldn't find her account. The thing is that she's able to send a gift to me. I can't. Now, the problem is that the surprise is expiring in 1hour & I've tried endless times seaching for her name, even trying to see if she's not in the app(through invites @ fb) but to no avail. pls do help!''.

Keeps getting hanged. Cannot even start the app.

Facebook gifting list is limited, if too many friends have registered with the app then other friends will not be included in the list of friends. Please fix this issue.

Whenever i slide to download my coupon, the app hangs and i dont get the coupon. Additionally, i cant find most of my friends on facebook.

I like the one with free rebina chill.But alot of the stuff neec to buy something to get.You must put small Coca-Cola for children.Most of the time i get the picture instead of coupon

It told me my email is a registered user. When i go reset password my email is not registered. If u dont want new user, just say so.

Love the meal coupons given out during the sea games period! More of this please! Other than that always getting the same pictures and free stuffs like corn and fries...no longer surprises.

I had forgotten to bring my phone out today and my alarm is set to go off at 1pm. When I reached home at around 8.30pm, I was surprised to find the alarm still ringing. Please do something about it, the alarm is not supposed to be ringing for 7+hrs straight or till the handphone battery runs empty. I agree with one user, it's embarrassing trying to swipe off the alarm & then to hear d "happy getting coupon tune" & being unable to turn it off. And the option to email technical support isn't working.

Doesn't use alarm service, alarm volume controlled by media volume. Doesn't stop ringing until your phone battery drains to zero. Ongoing notification not programmed properly. Rings through silent mode causing huge embarrassment.

I would give this 5 stars if I can use the app without wifi to claim my surprise at the outdoors

Fries and drinks most of the times! Must add free PIES, MC FLURRY and BURGERS TOO!!

Dumb persistent notification that does nothing. I can disable via android system. The alarm clock basically let us be spammed by Ads every morning so that we have a chance of getting some freebie.

Send random daily motivated cards.... instead of promotional deals

The alarm will ring even though my phone is in silent mode! When i am on the line, the alarm will ring in the background as well! Duh!!
