Maybank SG

Having black screen just after enter this app. Not even touched one thing yet. Issues not resolved for weeks. I am using Samsung Galaxy tab S2.

After reformatting my phone and installing this app, I'm not able to use the fingerprint login or quick view balance ability. Terrible app to say the least

Hi Maybank Developer Team, the apps keeps loading after upgrading. Can please assist to check and make necessary rectifications..

Probably the weakest out of all the banks in Singapore. Much to learn from Dbs and Citi which are investing a lot in mobile fintech which is the future. Dated interface as other users have mentioned. It does however get basic stuff like transfers right though. Hope that Maybank will keep trying their best to catch up with the competition. Budget is one thing but choosing to make fintech a priority is a painful but necessary choice to stay relevant.

Adding new login feature(biometric fingerprint) is good but you should not forget there are still users using phone w/o this phone feature! Poor execution and consideration when implementing these change. I have yet seem any bank app that exclude customers by phone they used. Kindly fix this and allow other options to login beside default fingerprint ONLY access.

Lousiest ibanking app ever. Period. Laggy, slow in performance, double authentication?? DBS did so so much better than you .

Can't even login as a new sign up. I have my pin and access id infront of me. What a shame.

Please help to fix the maybank sg mobile banking apps..i hv tried to log in many times but the login button didnt respond...i called e customer service, they tried from their end and said there is no problem..i have also reinstalled and tried to log in from other phones but the login button still didnt respond..pls fix it asap. Its stop my Bluetooth when ever i open this app. Why fix something that is not broken?

Why do you need to toggle Bluetooth just to run the app?

Pls allow cut and paste for the userid and password fields. People uses different passwords for different online service and I use a Password Manager to manage it but I can't pass passwords into the password field, resorting to looking at the password in my Password Manager app and switching app to your Maybank app, alternating many times and prone to human error. Make this banking app more user friendly pls.

Will u fix the layout for tablet or will you not? No response! I take it that the answer is NO! Worse now, links within the apps like credit card promotion leads to empty space.

User interface a bit "old skool". Needs the better looking Google Material Design.

Please update or redesign the app interface and other banks transfer option included. Thank you.
