Probably the weakest out of all the banks in Singapore. Much to learn from Dbs and Citi which are investing a lot in mobile fintech which is the future. Dated interface as other users have mentioned. It does however get basic stuff like transfers right though. Hope that Maybank will keep trying their best to catch up with the competition. Budget is one thing but choosing to make fintech a priority is a painful but necessary choice to stay relevant.

Adding new login feature(biometric fingerprint) is good but you should not forget there are still users using phone w/o this phone feature! Poor execution and consideration when implementing these change. I have yet seem any bank app that exclude customers by phone they used. Kindly fix this and allow other options to login beside default fingerprint ONLY access.

Pls allow cut and paste for the userid and password fields. People uses different passwords for different online service and I use a Password Manager to manage it but I can't pass passwords into the password field, resorting to looking at the password in my Password Manager app and switching app to your Maybank app, alternating many times and prone to human error. Make this banking app more user friendly pls.
