FALSE ADVERTISING that we can convert physical vouchers to eVoucher, DO NOT PEEL OFF STICKER! Utterly pathetic app

This app always hangs on my Nexus 6P. It does not allow the customer to view uploaded receipts, unlike other shopping mall providers such as Fra**** and Capi*****. Hence I was unable to verify the rejected receipts submissions. The app has high receipts rejections unlike Fra****. Please improve on your app features and ensure proper verification of receipts for the customers convenience and privilege.

Shows mi null points and all my transcation history is blank when i wanted to submit reciept... says my points expire in May 2017 when i juz join in May...now i got kick out and cannot login with my password... it says to send mi my password thru email but i did not get it... its getting very irritating.. not the 1st time already...

Launch app and show app tutorial only. Cannot go to home and unable to view or submit receipts

I am trying to scan and submit the receipt and the app kept auto close. May i know why? I am very disappointed. My purchase was made yesterday, can i go to your counter to do the scanning?

Update from 9may17 v4.0.13 doesn't work, just crashes. Bad quality control for app, this is not the first time it's unusable after an update. Updated to v4.04 today. Camera focus issue in earlier version seems to be fixed. Transaction history still cannot be seen, says timed out. E vouchers stl cannot be seen, says invalid session token.

Unable to upload my receipt after multiple tries cos the app is not working. Even after I uninstall n install the app still doesn't work. Can't view my points too.

Time taken to approve is too long. Submitted receipts on the day of purchase, yet it took more than 3days to be approved. Please work on this as i wasted points for those rejected which i could have just join the queue to get the awarded points immediately.

Keep saying my ic already existed even though I dont remember signing up. Click forgot password and i never get anythink in my email even checked junk email.

I'm wondering what the 2 notifications are for....have been searching high and low to close the notifications but no avail.....

Nope. I dont remeber signing up for amperkz but they say i did. How?

So far have not been able to use any of the e vounchers. Is Amperkz sincere in giving this service? I have my doubts.

Terrible app. Receipts submitted through app are always rejected for 'missing information'. Don't waste your time with the app.

Hi i cant sign up it says invalid email account while my account is still valid. Very frustrated.

The initial load takes too long. Will be better if it can load faster.

When will this feature be available?

Transaction history shows points awarded for receipts but the total reward points did not reflect the additional points. Should pick up bugs like this n not wait for customers to bring up the issue.

The scanner is not working at all!

Unread messages keep displaying and accumulating despite messages have been read. Irritating.

Redeemed e-voucher but shops either doesn't accept or unable to scan the qr code. Long queue behind me so did not get to use the vouchers. Hope management can communicate to all participating shops to ensure smooth transaction can be done. Helpful CS officer at TBP is apologetic regarding my feedback and is unable to change it to physical voucher.

App can't take focused photo of receipt on sony xperia z2. Original camera app has no issue taking photo on the receipt. Noted that the app does not focus onto the reciept.

The app keep asking you to update but there isn't in play store. Thai is on nexus 6p

After update of app, position of receipt taken always out and rejected by AM. Previous app no such problem.

Version 4.0.4 --> Still can't upload receipt, still can't see transaction history. Already emailed many times. What else is new? Version 4.0.3 - can't even see the past transactions page! Haven't tried uploading any receipts though, have been spending my $$$ in CapitaLand, Fraser CentrePoint & Far East malls!

After upgrade icon missing. Need to find the website to login very inconvenient

After the latest update, camera can't focus sharp image, annoying and waste a lot of time. Please remedy.

After update. Cannot upload or chk py

After the most recent update, the app can no longer upload receipt, both via taking picture and also from the picture gallery. Unlike CapitaStar where there are other ways to upload pics, AM Perkz is purely through app. So can forget about getting points for the spending today.

The picture taken is blur. When I try to submit via my gallery, it crops badly. I tried reinstalling but same problem. What to do? Do I have to keep emailing? Unbelievable that you go from a working app to a non-functioning one!

The app pales in comparison to the Capmall app in the following ways: 1) slow to reflect rewards after scanning receipt 2) rewards point not attractive compared to Capstar 3) interface quite clunky especially in navigating to checking rewards
