Had some reservations based on past reviews and did encounter an error when I tried to book but somehow it sorted out on its own. Now it works fine and am able to get my ride. Love the concept, would give 5 stars if the app is better!

I tried the app twice stil didn't manage to board the bus. First time bus didn't stop at the bus stop. 2ns time driver saw me but drive off. Waste of money n time. Definitely not recommending to anyone

The app doesn't even load, i only see blank black screen. Is it not compatible with Android Nougat or S8+ ? Useless app, uninstalled.

Not user friendly at all. Very surprised GovTech is running this; had expected a higher standard in terms of user interactivity. Submitted 2 route suggestions thus far but don't know their progress or if they were even considered. 80 crowd-sourced routes to 54,000 route suggestions (The Straits Times, 1 Oct 2017) are very low in terms of adoption, don't you think?

doesnt allow for pm slot booking. so are there or are there no pm evening buses?

App is unable to support bookings across multiple separate days in a single booking. How to get the discount?

3 stars for now.. will get better with a lot of ppl who would wanna rush to work during the peak hour and such.. expand the location.. may business be all good from then on..

App was working fine and suddenly it freezes at the home screen. Now I can't book any rides!

Stuck at screen selecting region

Hardly any, if at all, short routes. One of the pains of commuters staying close to work is despite plenty of bus routes, they are still jam packed with people travelling longer distances causing long stops at every bus stop, thus turning what should have been a 15 minute comfortably seated bus ride into a 45 minute standing nightmare... more short routes would certainly help to return our relaxed morning commute.

Love this 'sharing economy' initiative. It would be great if we could delete suggested routes, though.

How big is this country? How many new route be propose? The missing feature is frequency, no reason to have new services whereby you need to wait 20 to 30 mins for the bus.

But please do not put am/pm on military time. Thank you.

I don't find most of the routes and for the I found cost not reasonable. Idea is there though.

Not much choice of routes

Useful and Simple

Very limited routes as of now. Developers can consider allowing suggestion of routes within the app itself. Display all suggested routes to allow voting/liking of preferred routes. Routes that hit critical mass of say 30 pax will be implemented. Believe this will generate a more positive buzz n higher adoption rate. Thanks

Easy to use but limited routes at the moment. Meanwhile will still rely on Google Map.
