It's been a week my device is repaired and dispatched but still not delivered to me till today.After calling so many times to customer Support they are only ignoring and saying wait 1more day or 2 more days.Worst app ever I have used don't buy any insurance from this company.

Search method of Service center doesn't work even when the center is within nearby, plz provide city wise service center list to search and select to book a service instead of current search method. Please add warranty extend feature and pdf bill upload/attachment and storage device not listed in the list

My OP3 display was damaged, i searched for the original display cost it was minimum 8k. But i was under servify warranty i claimed it with in four days i got my mobile repaired. Full repair amount 10k was paid by servify, I was only charged 1k and the give me Tempered glass also, i was so happy they did their job well, and customer care response was good. There is only one disappointment they won't extend their warranty. If they introduce new plan that will be great and tension free for the customers when their mobile gets any repaired. Thank you for the service :) :)
