Run JavaScript scripts on your Android devices. All android API is exposed to JavaScript: scripts can create views, process activity events, create threads, and do almost everything a java application can do.
The Rhino JavaScript engine is used for script execution. Scripts also can run with a JavaScript console.
Note that this application does not provide the same execution environment as browsers do (for example, there is no Document object). If you need a browser-like environment, try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.serakont.appbuilder

Made a little text to speech demo in less than a dozen lines. The really good thing about this is that it hides all the complexity of the APK creation and application setup. At last I can create simple things directly on my tablet instead of having to run Android Studio just to make something with a few lines in it. A question for the author: is there a repository of scripts? If not do you have any plans for setting one up? Or advice on how it should be done? Of course we could each put things on github or gist but it would be good to have a central location.

Can we write and execute java script directly from the browser it self , so it have the correctly and the latest java script libraries and others update from the browser itself, No t particularly depending upon when browser do it rather you(java) do it.

How to use external JavaScript libraries like sql.js, jquery. Specially I'm interested in using sql.js. Function 'require' is not implemented.
