SecureAuth Authenticate

I'm displayed with blank page when clicked on connect with url (I did provide the valid url). Currently, I'm using Samsung note 2(GT-N7100). Please help in resolving this issue ASAP.

UPDATE: This was fixed two days ago. I appreciate the very quick response to get this working on Pixel 2 devices. App works flawlessly now. Does not work on Pixel 2 devices.

The last update fixed the issues of never connecting. Works like a charm now.

App is currently not working on Pixel 2 XL. App force closes upon open. Will give 5 stars once fixed.

After update it works great on the Pixel 2!

App automatically closes in Oppo R7 PLUS PHONE( Android 5.1.1), can you help fix this ?

Works ok on my Pixel XL, but the Android Wear app doesn't work on my Huawei Watch running AW 2.0. It just opens to the title screen, but never shows the auth code. It'd be nice to be able to authenticate by just tapping my watch, instead of taking out my phone. Please fix it, thanks! EDIT: Actually, I think it's because my company doesn't use push-to-accept notifications. Never mind ...

Unable to receive a passcode as application requires to install screen password. After setting the password for lock screen on my Android device I'm unable to login in application as its asking passcode over and over again and looping. Trying in install and uninstall it many times but it doesn't work!!

I downloaded and installed the app. When I input the URL and try to connect, it gives a blank screen. Not sure what to do... Installed and uninstalled several times but same result.

Reliable and easy to use. The "approve request" from the notif menu is super handy, and enrollment for new apps and services is quick and easy. The ability to authenticate with a fingerprint in the app is also available as an option.

The new requirement for a lockscreen is a very significant impediment to use, and is not needed. I understand the arguments about Android's recommended security practices, etc. However, why not just make the lockscreen a feature that the institution can decide on? Many institutions protect their VPN resources with additional passwords after logging in along with inactivity timeouts, so the lockscreen is a burden that is not necessary. Please change this back!

New version is trash. Their own IT department can't even help me make this thing work.

Was okay, but latest update took away progress indicator for how much time is left for a given code.

Last update with device lock create problem if I give wrong password. I need to start from beginning.

It works well with their product Secureauth IdP.

DO NOT INSTALL THE 5.04 VERSION! It will break it and you can't get the old version from play store. Old version worked great.

Excellent: now includes push notification OTP for authentication!

It works but often generates codes that are a few seconds from expiring. You have to wait for it to expire and generate a new one.

Application is not working on Moto G2 please reslove this issue

It shouldn't take me hrs to set up. I know it's supposed to be secure but come on. But its s necessary evil for my job. I'm not very happy nor are my coworkers. We will be talking with administration to find an alternate set up.
