“True Voter” appहे निवडणूक प्रक्रियेस समर्पित केलेले आहे. निवडणुका हा लोकशाहीचा पाया असून, भारतीय संविधानाने या निवडणुका निर्भय, मुक्त व पारदर्शक वातावरणात घेण्यास आदेशित केले आहे.हे ॲप मुख्यत: नागरीक, मतदार, निवडणुकीशी संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मचारी, उमेदवार व त्यांचे प्रतिनिधी, राजकीय पक्ष, स्वयंसेवी संस्था, प्रसार माध्यमे व राजकीय विश्लेषक यांना उपयोगी ठरणार आहे.या ॲपचे मुख्य कार्य, मतदारांना यादीतील नावाचा शोध उपलब्ध करून देणेआहे.

“True Voter” app is dedicated to Electoral Process. Elections are foundation of democracy and Constitution mandates Free, Fair and Transparent Elections. This mobile app serves the STATE ELECTION COMMISSION (SEC), MAHARASHTRA by supporting it to fulfil Constitutional mandate for all Local Bodies Elections. The Main stakeholders for this app are Citizens, Voters, Election Officers and Election Staff, Contesting Candidates and their representatives, Political Parties, NGO’s, Media Persons and Political Analysts.Its key functionality is to search name of voter and keep the search result offline as internet connectivity is always a problem in remote area.
