Definitely glad I downloaded this app! You can choose your exercises and create your own programs for core strength, legs, upper body or where ever you want. There's video demos of each exercise so you know exactly what to do and it's even got a timer so you know when to do each move how long to rest and how many reps. I've been looking for stability ball workouts and this is perfect! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you very much!
