Get the latest weather from yr.no as a widget on your home screen.
Tired of all the conventional weather widgets that show a little sun a little clouds and temperature.
Here is YRWidget that shows a meteogram instead. Much easier to see if there will be rain in the afternoon.
The YRWidget show the Meteogram from the yr.no website from the place nearest to your location.
It updates weather every third hour.
The widget is a 4x2 widget
There is also an Application for those who do not want to run it as a widget.
You can bookmark your current location.
Auto update position option. Every time the widget updates (every 3 hours) it checks the location and show the widget for the current position (if option checked, off by default).
When a new forcast cannot be downloaded a reload button is shown.
There is also a HD version for tablets (Android 3.1 and newer).

The main YR app works great, but both widgets don't at all. I can't figure out how to make them work, makes no sense.

Being able to see a meteogram on the home screen is great, but this app doesn't quite allow you to do it. I tried resizing the widget, but it's always 4x1.

pls remove the big ugly black magnficication searxh icon,, its only not so big when the widget is on a very big size

Could you add day and night colors on the graph background? Small and few ressources, at last a phone app. If update can not be done, please display latest downloaded meteogram. Thanks great work!

The widget just shows the meteogram from the website. It doesn't have a nice, screen-friendly widget. Just the image from the site. If your phone has a small screen, the big image from the website won't look good. I was expecting a made widget with the data.
