This is precisely what I was looking for. Something simple & offline & that I can use with its own calendar. Most organizing apps try to do too much with UI & style. I only wish this had a pay option so I can get rid of the ads.

Just started using it to tack for medical issues... I liked the ability to backdate the data... I also like overlapping graphs with two or more variables... an improvement might be multiple X axises to corespond to different variables...
