Prevents app Checklistor om arbetsmiljö ger dig checklistan i mobilen eller surfplattan. Appen innehåller två checklistor; en för bemanningsbranschen och en för skogsbruket. Välj checklista när du startar appen för första gången.

Använd appen så här:

• Välj bort frågor som inte passar.
• Besvara frågorna med ja, nej eller ej relevant. Det går att kommentera med text eller med bilder som tas med mobilkameran.
• Pausa appen vid behov.
• Den ifyllda checklistan kan skickas från appen via e-post som PDF eller CSV-fil.
• De frågor som bör följas upp listas i en separat uppföljningsrapport.

Checklistan Bemanning och uthyrning är ett stöd för företag som hyr ut personal och riktar sig till den kundansvarige.

Checklistan innehåller frågor som behöver ställas för att bemanningsföretaget ska kunna riskbedöma arbetsmiljön hos kundföretaget och därigenom uppfylla ansvaret för sin personal. Den är indelad i Före, Under och Efter uppdraget.

Checklistan för skogsbruk vänder sig till den som arbetar i skogen och är ett stöd för att lättare upptäcka risker innan ett nytt arbete påbörjas. Om man upptäcker en risk behöver man veta hur den ska åtgärdas. Annars ska arbetsledaren underrättas för att kunna vidta åtgärder.
