Apprite/Auto answer fr Appsala for Android
This works very well for me, I do not understand the bad ratings. I use a few constraints specific to it thinking it is in a Car or Home docking arrangement. 1) it is in landscape (horizontal) 2) it is not in pocket (far proximity) , when those conditions are true , the phone is then answered in 10 seconds (adjustable). I do not have "dock" because of case changes and preferring the compass to work (no magnets) So these 2 parameters for auto answer are ok. The third usefull parameter Power is Connected, is not used by me, because i have a big battery, and hopping in and out of the car , the power is not always re-connected. At home when in the home stands, watching a movie, or just sitting there, it is ok for it to just answer. In the car I had tried some programs that required some user interaction to answer, and for non-technical people , and keeping eyes on the road, the "Just freaking answer" works out well. No speaking no touching, and let the other person hang-up, and still no touch. The TTS speaking of the Caller is useful to know that it is about to auto answer, So while i did not need Speaking of the caller (different ringtones for different people) it helps
When i use the app, it sucks out of battery life and it can kill the power totally in 4 hours even without using the phone for anything else
