Works as it should, it let me login and shows my transactions. Also boots faster than the official S-Pankki app.

Today again I got "Failed to load initial settings", and cannot start the app. Have the last version, no updates done etc. This error seems to come and go without any clear pattern. Makes the usage really a hit-and-miss experience, as you can never know if you will be able to go in and open the card for internet purchase. It's totally unacceptable for this kind of app to be so unstable, basically it means that I need to use another back-up credit card to be sure to actually be able to pay for stuff. So why even have the First Card if I anyway need another one, seriously consider cancelling it...

Med denna app ska man kunna öppna sitt kort för onlineköp, detta fungerar ej. Trots att man gör det i appen får man ett meddelande om att man måste öppna kortet för onlineköp i appen (vilket man redan gjort). Köpet går ej igenom. Kundtjänst på telefon kunde inte åtgärda problemet. USELT - skaffa INTE Firstcard, välj ett annat betalkortsföretag

Update 170607 broke it. Fails to start with "can't load initial settings". EDIT: It started working with no measures from my side.

App stall during start-up. Simply does not work ... dysfunctional!

Used it an hour ago, no it just fails. Reinstalled tried again... Same problem. Booted the phone... Same issue remains. What to do??

Used to work, but suddenly today I got "Failed to load initial settings"? I have the latest version (1.8 according to Google Play. 2.0.3 according to Settings/Apps) and have made no other updates, so what's happening? Running Android 6.0.1.

This is a great app, get quick notifications when withdrawal happens and also good visability of invoices.

What does soon mean, Nordea?

Had issues with newer versions of Android and now with both older and newer versions. Worked for a while in between. Always have a plan B, for when this app fails to launch. That's the feeling. Two stars because when it works it is useful and much more user friendly then the website.

Message after start of the app: "Failed to load the initial settings. The application can not be started." The support is just ignoring. They simply do not care. But the application was working before.

jag startade appen på plattan utomhus och trodde att plattan hade hängt sig. Sedan såg jag att det faktiskt fanns någon form av text på skärmen. Låg kontrast är säkert jätteelegant på en bra skärm inomhus för folk med bra ögon, men jag skulle gissa att majoriteten av era kunder har lite ospec display och är medelålders med lite halvskum syn. Vill ni ha kvar oss som kunder så rekommenderar jag att ni ökar kontrasten.

Average app. Does (or did) what it's supposed to do, but not much more. However, now it fails to load on start... so it in effect completely useless.

Den enda appen som jag installerade på Meizu M2 Note som kunde inte starta.

Går inte att stänga/öppna kortet så som ni önskar att man skall göra. Varför hänvisar ni till er app föra att göra detta när det inte är möjligt.

Skulle vara väldigt trevligt, tror jag. Men ej kompatibel? Samsung Galaxy Note 4 med 5.0.1 kan inte installera men Google Nexus 7 2013 med 6.0 får installera? Krävs verkligen Marshmallow? Det är i telefonen som det skulle vara användbart.

Bra app, men går inte att installera på Samsung Galaxy S6. Snälla, fixa. Funkade bra på S5:an. (Lollipop båda, men 5.0.2 på S6). Har mailat dem flertal gånger. Har inte ens fått svar!
