Interval Training

Interval training app supporting 3 types of interval trainings:
* Time-based interval - set active time and pause time
* Distance-based with fixed pasue time - set running distance and pause time
* Distance-based with fixed round time - set running distance and total round time, i.e. the pause depends on how fast you run!

The app includes speech support telling you remaining time/distance, accomplished distance/time and pace.

Result table summarizing the interval training.
