Prefix Dialer for Android
Does exactly what it claims to do! My SIP provider requires a country code, even for local calls. This adds it seamlessly to the built-in dialer.
It did fix my problem, with the + before the number , I can make phone calls now
After configuring setting it's pretty easy to set up
Perfectly :-)
exactly what i wanted
Nice but it needs updates. Developer?
Replaces the +1 with 00, both of which keep me from dialing out

... any update for jelly bean?
15 second solution to adding area code to all outgoing calls. Simple as pie!

Good
Love it
1. The app is installed. When I call contact the app does not pop-up and route. Please check it. Until now I forced rate lower than expected for such app. 2. NO POSSIBILITY to choose either to use prefix or not in the time of calling. 3. No open source code to get quick fix.
But doesn't on 4.4
Hi, I have Huawei Android phone, I installed the dialer and configured the prefix number but when i make calls it is not dialing the prefix. Instead it directly calls the number with out prefix. Please suggest how to resolve the issue. Regards, Shridhar
10/10 from a biz man & tech geek, this should be standard with every cellphone! I use my home voip ld plan on voice calls! Want to give $ to author.
Works like a charm. I use it for call through and really appreciate that I can have the original number in the call log. Also 611, 911, and other number rules are processed 1st and dial direct.
I used it to dial *67 before outgoing calls on my work mobile but after a few uses it would put two zeros in front of the *67 prefix no matter the configuration. Just have to do it manually like I used to.
Perfectly :-)

Can't tell it not to add area code to saved number
Exactly what I was looking for long time. Saves me money :-)
Does not seem to intercept outgoing calls. HTC incredible froyo
very useful to make an IP call
Simple and useful! Very Good!!! Thanks to author
Perfect for my company prefix
Works flawlessly evrytime. Perfect for my needs. Htc desire.
Works well
It's free so that's good. It's also has powerful rules setup options and great flexibility in use. However, I'm uninstalling because on my Evo 3D the dialer pushes out long DTMF tones which register as two inputs at my calling card end. There is no setting to adjust the tone length either within the app or my phone. Going to Settings - Sounds - Enabling DTMF tones on touchpad do not change the duration of the tones either. Shame really.
Requires you to manually edit/validate the phone number before each call. I wish it had a way to specify rewrite rules (eg: regexps), so that it wouldn't have to pop-up every time.

Great function when you need to add a prefix to some but not all calls. I have used this on three different android phones. On my Honor 8 it is annoyingly and seemingly randomly not working in about one third of the time. Either it doesn't activate, or it just shuts down the process. I hope this problem will be solved as I really appreciate the function. I would like to have the same function for outgoing sms as well...
