Välkommen till Lampguiden

Med Lampguiden till hands får du hjälp att hitta rätt belysning och tips på belysning för olika rum och olika funktioner. Lampguiden är gratis och fungerar utan uppkoppling mot mobilnätet. Lampguiden ges ut av Energimyndigheten.
Lampguiden har fyra ingångar:

1. Hitta lampan
Med Lampguiden blir det enklare att välja rätt bland de många energieffektiva lampor som finns.

1. Leta efterlampan som du vill jämföra med
2. Välj effekt i watt (W)
3. Resultatet listar olika lampor och omvandlar watt (W) till lumen (lm) som visar hur mycket ljus lampan ger. Här kan du också se besparingen på 10 år.

2. Inred med ljus
I Inred med ljus kan du nu förflytta dig i olika rum, från arbetsrum till vardagsrum, för att få tips på belysning beroende på rum och funktion.

3. Omvandla
Här får du hjälp att omvandla glödlampans watt till rätt antal lumen för att du ska få lika mycket ljus som till exempel en 25 watts eller 60 watts glödlampa gav. Ljusflöde mäts i lumen (lm). Motsvarande siffror finns även för reflektorlampor på 12 volt och 230 volt.

Här hittar du information om olika lamptyper, återvinning och miljö samt konsumenträtt. Har du frågor om belysning eller annat som rör din energianvändning kan du kontakta din kommunala energi- och klimatrådgivare. De ger opartiska och kostnadsfria råd.

With Lampguiden at hand will help you find the right lighting and tips on lighting for different rooms and different functions. Lampguiden is free and works without connecting to the mobile network. Lampguiden is published by the Swedish Energy Agency.
Lampguiden has four inputs:

With Lampguiden makes it easier to choose the right among the many energy efficient lamps available.

 1. Look for the lamp that you want to compare with
 2. Select power in watts (W)
 3. The result lists various lamps and converts watts (W) to lumens (lm) shows how much light the bulb provides. Here you can also see savings over 10 years.

2. Decorate with candles
In Decorate with candles, you can now move through the different rooms, from the office to the living room, to get tips on lighting depending on the place and function.

3. Transform
Get help to transform the bulb wattage to the correct number of lumens for you to receive as much light as for example, a 25 watt or 60 watt bulb gave. Light output is measured in lumens (lm). The corresponding figures are for reflector at 12 volts and 230 volts.
