Använd din mobil för att ladda upp digitala kvitton och registrera utlägg in till Expense. Dessa kan sedan knytas direkt till konteringar och reseräkningar i webbtjänsten. För att registrera appen behöver du vara en registrerad användare i webbtjänsten Expense som tillhandahålls av Dicom Expense AB. Efter installation så efterfrågas en privat nyckel som genereras inifrån Expense i menyn: Mina > Inställningar > Koppling till App, och som i sin tur parar ihop appen med rätt användare och företag. PRODUKTEN EXPENSE
Expense är ett webbaserat program skapat för dig som vill effektivisera din administration kring betalkortsfakturor och manuella utlägg. Vi har funnits på marknaden sedan 1995 och har ständigt anpassat programmet efter våra kunders behov. Med stöd för både VISA & MasterCard från de största bankerna är Expense det självklara valet för ditt företag, stort som litet.


Våra kunder varierar i storlek från några få anställda till flera hundra. För att ytterligare förenkla administrationen kring kvitton tillhörande utlägg i tjänsten har vi nu tagit fram Expense App.

Syftet med appen är att effektivisera all hantering av kvitton och manuella utlägg och ge dig som anställd möjligheten att slänga dina kvitton *

* Enligt skatteverkets regler måste kvitton tillhörande företagskort (inte privatkort) fortfarande sparas i tre år, under förutsättning att en digital kopia existerar, för att vara giltiga vid en revision. Vi driver aktivt frågan mot skatteverket för att ge våra kunder en ännu bättre tjänst.


EXPENSE by Dicom Use your mobile to upload digital receipts and record expenses in the Expense. These can then be linked directly to the accounting entries and expense reports in the web service. To register the app, you need to be a registered user of this website is provided by Expense Expense Dicom AB. After installation, it asks for a private key that is generated from within the Expense of the menu: My> Settings> Access to the app, and that in turn mates with the right app users and businesses. * According to the Tax rules have receipts related business card (not private cards) still kept for three years, subject to a digital copy exists, in order to be valid in an audit. We are actively pursuing the issue to the tax office to give our customers an even better service.
