ORBIT Utförare

ORBIT Utförare är ett mobilt tillägg till ärendehanteringssystemet ORBIT från Sokigo. Med ORBIT hanteras hela flödet av ett ärende från inrapportering av fel och brister från kommunmedborgarna till en central kundtjänst, sortering och tilldelning av ärenden till den som är ansvarig och som skall utföra åtgärden och återrapportering till anmälaren. Med ORBIT Utförare kan ärendeansvariga eller entreprenörer i en kommun rapportera in status på ärenden direkt ute i fält, t.ex. markera ärenden som åtgärdade.

ORBIT Utförare är starkt kopplad till kommunens ärendehanteringssystem och kräver därför ett användarkonto hos kommunen.
