I love this app. It works well and looks great. I was wondering if it would be possible to show a countdown timer after I check the box for each set? Something like 1:00 that counts down, maybe between 'lbs' and the checkbox?
Very good app and much more stable than official Stronglifts one. Improvements would be A calender to view exact previous workouts and to record/update previous days workouts.

I downloaded this primarily because the description promised support for 3x5. Settings allow easily changing the default reps, but not default sets. You can change the default from 5x5 to 5x3, however the default can't be changed to 3x5. Adding pull ups or dips also isn't posible. In short, it's a good stable app for doing Mehdi's basic version of 5x5 that lacks customization options. Because of that, it doesn't offer functionality different than the official Stronglifts app.
Poorly written. Waste of time to try using at the gym. Doesn't update the weight you should be lifting correctly and you have to enter it all in manually. Wait for Mehdi to release his app, it will be much better.

It doesnt tell you which workout to do for stronglifts, it always has the workout A selected so you have to remember what you did last time..One fix for stronglifts, the deadlift increments are 5kg instead of 2.5.. I would also like a better UI. The fact that it supports 3 different programs and calculates the weights gives it a 4 for me and keep it installed on my device. Yet i don't feel ready to uninstall the official stronglifts app yet because of what i said above
