Please add CP866 and KOI8-R encodings. Using submenus' is really inconvenient: please show "file edit search options" on the screen all the time. Syntax highlighting would be a great plus.

I liked this little app a lot but there is just one thing I hate about it. Every time to open a file you have to navigate the whole directory tree. It would be nice if it could have a 'recently used' file list, or even better shortcuts to files used often.

add auto save on exit no need to name it it should be named automatically .you can add function buttons to do undo text change it's faster and easier. by the way congratulations for adding undo you did a great job because high end apps failed in this!
