Sat Slayer - Vocabulary

The SAT is an extremely important exam for anyone considering attending college, and can be a very nerve-wracking experience. The good news is that increasing your score on this exam is simpler than you might think! Studying and practicing vocabulary terms can help increase anyone's score on the Critical Reading section by hundreds of points. The goal of this app is to train you in the English language so that you can increase your score in this area and get accepted to the college of your choice!

This app consists of two core components:

1) A practice mode during which you are presented with an onslaught of words-one by one-and must correctly choose either the definition from the word or the word from the definition. There is no evaluation during this stage; it is simply for your own preparation.

2) An examination mode in which you are presented with a definition and you must choose the correct word to go with it. Depending on your level of success, you obtain streaks and percentage bonuses.

The app also includes a comprehensive list of all included words, and functionality for adding your own words or removing those that you might not feel are necessary.
